Great stay in Istambul!
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at the end of June. The hotel has a great location in the Old Town, close to many of Istanbul’s main sights. The room was comfortable and cleaned every day, with fresh towels and water provided daily. The breakfast was delicious and varied.
The biggest advantage is definitely the staff — incredibly friendly, helpful, and always smiling. A special thank you to Soner for the wonderful talk about Turkish culture. It was fascinating and truly the best advertisement for this hotel!
There is also a great restaurant right next to the hotel, with delicious food and very friendly service. I recommend this hotel!

Pros:

La ubicación está muy bien, muy cerca de los principales monumentos del centro, la habitación está bien, con un baño pequeño pero funcional, limpio y correcto.

Очень уютно
Pros:

Уютный номер, вежливый персонал, вкусные завтраки. Семейный люкс, кстати, состоит из двух отдельных номеров, которые соединены межкомнатной дверью (ее тоже можно запереть на ключ), что очень удобно; у каждой комнаты свой санузел. Есть телевизор, кондиционер, чайник, вода и пр. Местоположение просто великолепное, часть достопримечательностей находится в пешей доступности, до остальных спокойно можно добраться на общественном транспорте - остановки также расположены близко. Хотим поблагодарить персонал на ресепшене - Сонар бей был очень вежлив, помог со всеми вопросами и просьбами (ночью нашлись даже весы для взвешивания чемоданов перед отъездом!). Если будет возможность, при следующей поездке обязательно вернемся!

Cleanness Issues
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and tried to be helpful.
The location is great and very convenient in Sultanahmet.
The air conditioning and water supply in the room worked well.
The breakfast itself was good.

Cons:

We had a mixed experience at this hotel, though unfortunately, our overall stay was disappointing due to a few key issues.
The Negatives:
Noise levels: Noise from nearby cafes easily reached our room. Additionally, soundproofing was poor—we could clearly hear the bathroom facilities and door openings from the neighboring rooms and hallway.
Bedding & Cleanliness: The sheets and blankets felt dirty and rough, causing skin irritation. My spouse has a dust mite allergy (Staubmilbenallergie) and suffered from severe itching and breakouts while in the room.
Staff effort regarding bedding: To be fair, when we informed the staff, they were quick to cooperate and replaced the pillowcases and sheets. However, this unfortunately did not resolve the issue.
Hygiene in dining area: We noticed cats walking around the kitchen area and jumping onto dining tables, which raises hygiene concerns for breakfast.
Overall, while the staff's attitude, location, and breakfast were pleasant, the noise and hygiene/allergy issues significantly impacted our comfort.

В этом отеле мне понравилось месторасположение. Действительно очень близко к основным достопримечательностям. И при этом, сама улица не шумная.

Cons:

Номер был очень тесный, так что разминуться вдвоем не получается, кровать очень неудобная. Это даже не кровать- это просто основа под матрас, которая неустойчива, и 2 матраса, которые всегда разъезжались, образуя дырку. Подушки тоже неудобные, полотенца очень старые и рваные, под кроватью пыль, мусор. Мы были 3 дня. Никто не убирал у нас. Не знаю, как часто это запланировано. В душе тесно, раковина малюсенькая, так ещё и воняет канализацией.
Завтрак очень скудный. У нас был ранний вылет, поэтому мы не попадали на завтрак и попросили сделать нам с собой сендвичи, в этой просьбе нам отказали, аргументировав это отсутствием хлеба🫣
Шумоизоляции нет, когда за стенкой кто-то ходил в туалет, казалось, что это прямо над ухом. Стены в номере обшарпаные, нуждаются в покраске. Нет возможности оставить что-то на зарядке, когда уходишь из номера.

Отличное соотношение цена-качество для короткого пребывания!
Pros:

Отличное расположение, все главные достопримечательности в 5 минутах ходьбы! Улица тихая, спалось великолепно! Все чисто и аккуратно! Персонал очень дружелюбный и услужливый. Завтрак достойный.

Cons:

Санузел очень маленький, но нам на одну ночь было нормально.

Pros:

Die Lage im alten Teil der Stadt ist herrvorragend weil viele Sehenwürdigkeiten sehr nahe und zu Fuss zu erreichen sind. Das Personal war extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit, zu jeder Zeit, auch mitten in der Nacht

Cons:

Das Frühstück hatte wenig Auswahl an europäischen Dingen wie Brot, Käse, Wurst. Fast keine Früchte. Aber gut das ist eben scheinbar so und nwar nicht wirklich schlimm. Es gab schon viele traditionellen Süssigkeiten und auch Salat, aber eben ist halt nicht jederman`s Geschmack

Pros:

Lokalita, personál vše super. Navíc nám nechali k dispozici i pokoj jelikož náš odlet byl později odpolendne v tomto směru jsme byli velmi spokojeni. Čistota pokoje s postelí byla dobrá, u koupelny to bohužel bylo horší.

Cons:

Koupelna byla cítit odpadem, pokud jsme nechali otevřené dveře, vše smrdělo do části pokoje kde se spí. Celkově byla koupelna pokryta plísní.. chtělo by to vyčistit a věnovat ji při úklidu více péče.
