El hotel es excelente, MUY superior a 3*. La familia que lo administra merece un 10. Todo limpio, excelente desayuno,

No es nada mal, solo informativo, Cuando llegas con el auto al parking la primera vez si tienes el QR en el telefono es posible que no lea, mejor llevarlo impreso o sino hay un boton en el visor de la entrada donde podes hablar y decir que venis al hotel

Hotel centrale direttamente sul lago, terrazza panoramica, giardino fronte lago. Camera pulita con un bel balconcino sul borgo. Parcheggio incluso nel prezzo con servizio navetta. Gestori veramente gentili come il resto dello staff. Colazione super, con molta scelta e di qualità.

Fomos recebidos com muita simpatia pela equipe da recepção. Excelentes sugestões de restaurantes e passeios. O hotel fica às margens do lago de Garda, com fácil aceso à principais atrações da cidade e região do lago. Excelente localização, ideal para fazer o itinerário de ida e volta das duas margens do lago em dois dias.

Cons:

O traslado do estacionamento para o hotel e vice versa, poderia contemplar todos os dias da hospedagem e não apenas check-in e check-out.

Great place and value.
Pros:

The location, the staff is great and friendly. The room we stay is beautiful. Breakfast is exceptional for us.

Cons:

This is a minor issue. I heard a little of party noice on the night we stay. But note that we opened the window for breeze and you may ask the room that not close to the street.
