A Below Average Hotel, Not to be Recommended.
Pros:

Food quality is good. Ambience is okay up to the lobby and Restaurant.

Cons:

1. No Refrigerator provided, inspite of repeated reminders.
2.Other rooms No toiletries, towels
3.TV Tatasky recharge is a big problem in all the three rooms.
4.Every time one has to beg, including for water bottles.
5. Food rates are exorbitantly charged (Steam Rice 270/-, Dal fry 290/-, One Veg Dish 350/-)
6. All Rooms and Corridor has a foul smell, No cross ventilation done.
7. Poor Staffing.

Pros:

The rooms are good, clean and big. However location of the property is on the outskirts near to industrial area. Property doesn't have any recreational facilities hence it becomes tard boring to stay here.

Breakfast was good but not good location as surrounded by industries though near to site points.

Cons:

Room facilities and services needs lot of improvement as one day having shower tap and TV problem and second day after shifting to another room was having trap/drainage, TV and intercom problem. Service response was so sluggish and not matching with tariff...

Laundry service.
Turndown services.
Attitude of the manager.

Cons:

Very spicy food served. Unavailability of certain items.
The instructions were always ignored.
Very bad location.
Very poor service quality - high lead time.
Very poor amenities - TV was not working, Wi-Fi was in a never working mode.
