Gutes Hotel, aber in manchen Punkten noch verbesserbar.
Pros:

Das Essen war gut, aber manchmal zu kleine Portion en. Das Zimmer war groß und mit Klimaanlage. Das Personal war freundlich.

Cons:

Der Speiseraum war abends viel zu warm und die Getränkepreise waren hoch.

Lässiges Hotel mit toller Lage, für Wanderer/Biker und Wellnesser zu empfehlen.
Pros:

Lage schön ruhig, toller Ausgangspunkt zum Wandern. Zimmer, Pool, Bar, Café, Frühstück war Ok nix wildes, wenig Käseauswahl. Abendessen war gut, man musste aus einem vordefinierten Menü auswählen (Halbpension), für jeden etwas dabei.

Cons:

Die Ausstattung der Freizeiträume wie Kinderspielzimmer/Fitnessraum sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen.
Die Wimperntusche meiner Frau war leider weg und nicht mehr auffindbar. Wir wollen keinem was unterstellen, aber sowas geht mal gar nicht.

Ruhiges Hotel in zentraler Ortslage, guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in der Region.
Pros:

Frühstück sehr vielseitig und schmackhaft.
Als Motorradfahrer konnte man sein Motorrad direkt vor dem Haus parken.
Von der Dachterrasse hat man einen imposanten Blick über den Ort bis zum 3900m-Berg Ortler.
Die Lage des Hotels ist zentral im Ort in einem verkehrsberuhigten Bereich gegenüber der Kirche. Nachts sehr ruhig, kein Durchgangsverkehr.
Zur Fußball-WM wurden Spiele auf Großbildschirm in der Bar übertragen.
Zum Hotel gehört ein Eissalon.

Cons:

Der Fernseher auf dem Zimmer hatte keine Fernbedienung, hätte ihn aber auch nicht genutzt.
Wurde leider nicht informiert über ein mögliches Upgrade auf Halbpension.

Interessantes Hotel - Freundlichkeit ausbaufähig

Das komplette Personal - von Chef bis Kellner hat uns gradezu ignoriert. Keine Begrüßung zum Frühstück und allgemein starke Zurückhaltung.
Ausstattung der Küche in der junior suite ist mangelhaft. Dreckige / schimmlige / defekte Möbel

Šajā hotelī esam apmetušies jau vairākas reizes un esam apmierināti ar visu ko šis ģimenes uzņēmums piedāvā. Brokastis un vakariņas vienmēr bija daudzveidīgas un gardas, spa zona ir neticami šarmīga. Atrašanās vieta ir pašā Zluderno centrā un var netraucēti izbaudīt ciemata mieru. Personāls vienmēr ir jauks un izpalīdzīgs.

Pros:

Struttura molto accogliente e curata, staff disponibile e cortese, servizi ottimi anche per chi viaggia con bambini. Piscina sul tetto spettacolare! Buonissima anche la cucina, menù variato e con scelte vegane. Posizione ottima per raggiungere le escursioni nelle vicinanze, rimanendo nella tranquillità del paesino di Sluderno.

Pros:

Hotel trovato per caso cercando su internet, siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti. Staff disponibile e cortese, pulizia degli ambienti eccellente. Abbiamo usufruito della mezza pensione, colazione varia ed abbondante, qualità del cibo a cena ottima. Molto apprezzabile la piscina con terrazzino per rilassarsi a fine giornata, la piscinetta con le saune, la piccola palestra e la sala giochi. Il paesino è molto tranquillo ma base ideale per visitare vari posti in Val Venosta ed oltre. Molto soddisfatti, probabilmente ci torneremo.
