Muchas cosas, primero que pensaba por las fotos que era un lugar tranquilo, pero mi habitacion daba a una carretera con mucho trafico, con lo cual el ruido era considerable desde las 7 de la mañana, y eso que pedi una habitacion tranquila.
Despues, que esta muy anticuado. El cuarto de baño, la ducha con mucho moho y el secador.
Y sobre todo nos ha dejado muy decepcionados el desayuno, muy pocas cosas. Casi todo dulces, y solo jamon york como proteinas, el cual nunca quedaba cuando llegabamos. Habia que reclamar las cosas siempre porque no las ponian. Nos ha decepcionado

Good location and breakfast.
Pros:

Close to downtown, train station and marina. Good breakfast.

Cons:

Room is dated. Paid extra for a room with balcony and hoping for ocean view but got a room on the 2nd floor with view of the street instead.

Perfecto!
Pros:

La atención espectacular, siempre muy serviciales a ayudar. Llegamos y nos ayudaron a buscar planes para hacer en Sorrento e ir a las islas. El desayuno delicioso y siempre muy atentos. La habitación muy limpia.

The hotel is in a good spot, close to bus and train station. The room is a bit older and towels are thin, but everything was clean. Overall, a decent stay if location is your priority.

Cons:

A major downside for me was the lack of a kettle or coffee maker in the room. They offer to prepare tea or coffee at the reception for a fee, but it’s not quite the same as enjoying a morning coffee in bed.

Pros:

Ficamos no prédio anexo- então, temos a recepção em um prédio e ficamos no outro.
Há um lance de escadas para pegar o elevador, no térreo.
Elevador bem pequeno e antigo. Cabe uma pessoa com bagagem.
A localização é excelente: próximo da estação e a passos da praça central.
Chuveiro bom e amenities também. Infelizmente, secador bem fraquinho, só um arzinho quente.
Roupa de cama e toalhas bem limpas. Cama confortável e quentinha.

Un ottima struttura a conduzione familiare in una posizione strategicamente perfetta
Pros:

Proprietari estremamente cordiali e disponibili che non hanno esitato a prepararmi ogni mattina una colazione eccellente con alcuni prodotti preparati personalmente da loro, nonostante in questo periodo io fossi l'unico a consumarla nella struttura. Benché la mia camera non godersela di un panorama spettacolare aveva comunque un ampio balcone e potevo regolare a mio piacimento la temperatura della camera. Il frigobar era rifornito abbondantemente. La posizione della struttura ne permette il raggiungimento in pochi minuti dalla stazione ed in pochi minuti si raggiunge anche il centro di Sorrento. Le camere poste in una palazzina affiancata ma separata dalla reception garantiscono anche maggiore privacy.

Cons:

Difficile trovare pecche, ciò che può essermi piaciuto meno non dipendeva dalla struttura. Forse dovrei valutarla in un periodo di maggiore afflusso turistico. Per quello che mi riguarda non ho avuto di che lamentarmi.
