Nothing

Cons:

Very unprofessional team. They messed with booking and missed to process first night booking and relocated to another cheap class hotel and downgraded room on day 2 because of their internal confusion.

Luxurious stay at decent price close to everything
Pros:

Beautiful and spacious rooms. AC was working and hot water. Staff was very nice as well and they have a great restaurant too.
On clear days, one can see the snow capped mountains.

Cons:

Backside view/ Neighboring property is a real junkyard. Interesting to see though.

Excellent.
Pros:

Everything was good.
The owner Mr. Shafiz himself were present at the premises and kept checking with guests for concern/issues.
All the staffs are very good too.

Cons:

The South Indian food quality is really not good.
That they have to improve.
The chef has no idea about South Indian food.
Despite being a Bengali guy, South Indian food is my best choice.
All 4days during my stay at Kareem I have eaten that only.
But the chef should not make South Indian food ever. It was horrible.

Very good hotel
Pros:

It's a very new hotel...staffs are very nice and caring...going to airport is very easy from here..clean rooms and good heating facility in the rooms as I visited in January.. food is also clean and nice

Cons:

The location is really not much a developed part of srinagar...cleanliness of surrounding area is not good
