A really pleasant stay and made for an excellent short break.
Pros:

Not our usual B&B hotel break as the property had no restaurant. Suprised and delighted to have cereal, milk and fresh muffins supplied. An excellent visit to "Mother Hubbards" fish and chips a short walk away provided the evening meal.A quiet, relaxing night in in a mist comfortable room.

Cons:

A small DVD library could be of use, we happened to notice the dvd player in the room write up so bought our own.

Relaxing and luxurious. A hidden gem 💎
Pros:

It was quiet, clean, comfortable and centrally located. We had a great welcome from Ness and were upgraded too which was a real treat. I highly recommend Strattons and will be definitely be staying there again soon.

Lovely stay
Pros:

Excellent room, clean, lovely bathroom, comfortable bed. Friendly hosts. Nice breakfast left for us. Only tip would be to approach it from the town end, don't just follow the sat-nav.

The rooms were outstanding. I just wish we were staying for longer.
Pros:

While we weren't expecting a DIY breakfast (there was no mention of this on Booking.com), the food left for us was lovely and definitely enough.
The hotel was difficult to find as our sat nav took us the wrong way up the road, meaning the hotel was behind us and we didn't see it.

Cons:

Nothing - we loved it.

Surprised at comfort & standard of room - all thoroughly enjoyable.
Pros:

All breakfast basics provided (ie muesli, milk, yoghurts, fresh fruit, tea, coffee) despite "room only" basis, plus cup cakes were awaiting us on arrival. Large comfortable bed, all very clean & fresh, plus quiet despite central location.

Cons:

No grumbles apart from pop-up plug didn't work - not a problem but felt had to put something!
