Magiczne miejsce na Kaszubach
Pros:

Hotel znajduje się na terenie CEPR-u. Dla gości hotelowych wstęp wolny do zwiedzania. Miejsce przepiękne. POLECAM!

Cons:

Był to najgorszy pobyt w hotelu w moim życiu. Zarezerwowałam tam nocleg ze względu na bliskość Stężycy, gdzie następnego dnia wcześnie rano brałam udział w zawodach rowerowych, musiałam pojawić się na starcie o godz. 5:00. Zarządzający obiektem nie raczyli poinformować gości z wyprzedzeniem, że będzie się tam tego dnia odbywać BARDZO głośna impreza, na miejscu otrzymaliśmy informację, że wydarzenie będzie trwało do 2 w nocy, po nerwowym nocnym telefonie obsługa zmieniła zdanie, że impreza będzie trwała do 3:30, o 4:00 musiałam wstać. W pokoju dudniło od muzyki i odgłosów zabawy, prawie jakbyśmy byli na sali tanecznej. Nie otrzymaliśmy żadnej rekompensaty mimo wielokrotnego zgłaszania problemu obsłudze. Nie trzeba chyba mówić, że na zawody wymagające dużych zasobów energii i wypoczęcia, pojechałam niesamowicie niewyspana i przybita warunkami w hotelu.

Podsumowujac - totalny brak szacunku dla klientów. Nie polecam i będę się trzymać z daleka od tego miejsca.
