The condo itself is close to eveything we planned to visit.

Cons:

Staff was dismissive of our complaints. No clear check in or check out instructions. Lack of communication from the start. Very disorganized. AC barely works. WiFi has stopped working. Very unwelcoming.

Cons:

No one, not even grab drivers could determine where the entrance for pickup was. This is a BNB, so checking in was odd to say the least. Reserved, but payment made at check in.. Cityland had no idea. Only my vocal frustrations alerted a gentleman walking by. He happened to be husband of woman who owned. He was helpful in getting us settled.
