BreakfAst wasn’t the greatest as we stayed for 3 nights and same thing was given twice.
La guesthouse était très sympa, la chambre étaie super propre et agréable et les lits super confortables. Le petit-déjeuner était très correct avec un pot de café donc super bien et les propriétaires étaient très sympas.
Nous avons eu un désagrément quant au service de laverie. En effet, nous avions chacune donné 2kg de linge. Une fois retourné, nous avons constaté que le linge n’avait pas été lavé il sentait le sale et aucune poussière n’était partie de nos vêtements. On leur a fait part du problème ils n’avaient pas l’air très surpris et ils ont accepté de nous laver le linge pour le lendemain « à l’heure du check-out ». Le lendemain, nous avons dû réclamer notre linge qui n’était pas prêt à l’heure, uns fois récupérer on était en retard donc nous avons vérifier rapidement c’était encore sale avec certains vêtement qui sentait l’adoucissant. Une fois arrivée dans notre destination suivant, qu’elle ne fut pas notre surprise quand on s’est rendues compte que le linge n’avait pas du tout été lavés, aucun odeur ni aucune saleté n’avait été nettoyé par un quelconque lavage. L’odeur d’adoucissant commençait à partir, il se peut que ce soit juste du Febreez un spray pour neutraliser les odeurs. Nous avons dû laver notre linge à la main, l’eau était bien sale donc on n’a bien vu que rien n’avait été passé en machine, on était choquées. Ils nous avaient déjà facturés étant donné qu’ils nous avaient donné notre linge au dernier moment, je me suis donc permis de leur envoyer un message pour les avertir du fait que leur machine devait avoir un problème et de ne pas facturer leurs prochains clients pour un service que l’on se retrouve à faire part nous-mêmes. C’est alors que la propriétaire nous dit que c’est notre faute car le linge était trop sale et ne pouvait être lavé, elle a fini par ne pas répondre au dernier message, comportement un peu moyen. Juste ne donnez pas votre linge.
El lugar estaba muy limpio, y tanto la habitación como el baño eran muy espaciosas. El desayuno era rico y abundante. El lugar esta bien ubicado, se puede ir caminando a la playa y al centro.
La familia que atiende el lugar es muy amable y servicial.

У нас был семейный номер на 3 этаже. Номер большой, но абсолютно запущенный. Чистым выглядело только постельное бельё. Полы, мебель, сантехника не мылась месяцами. Было неприятно. Кондиционер не включался, ночью было душно, открыли окно, налетели комары, пришлось раскрыть пыльную антимоскитку. Всю ночь под окнами лаяли собаки и был слышен шум машин с дороги. В этом отеле у нас был самый скудный завтрак за всё пребывание на Шри-Ланке. Яйца, тост с маслом и джемом и чай.

The accommodation is very close to the man in street so there is a bit of noise from traffic.

We stayed during rainy season and were washed out on our walk. Coming back we would have enjoyed a hot shower, but it wasn’t working. Seeing from other reviews the hot shower has been broken for months and hasn’t been fixed.
The cold shower that was working left the whole floor in a pool. Not a problem if there was a floor wiper available, but there wasn’t.
Everything thing was perfect the host was too good..
The host and her family were super lovely. They always gave me good recommendations and advice. They also serve breakfast, lunch and dinner and all was super good. Highly recommend staying with this nice family, I felt really comfortable. Thanks :)

There was a little ant problem because I had food in my bag (after throwing it away they left too).
Everything!! The kindest and most welcoming family I have met on my travels. They looked after me and made sure I felt safe and comfortable as a solo traveller. I miss them already! And Luna their dog

If there is no hot water, it should be clearly stated.
This hotel does not have hot water.
If there is no hot water, it should be properly explained. She said she mentioned that there was no hot water, but that information has not yet been reflected on the booking site.
If we cannot see that information, it is meaningless. There was no such notice on the booking page when we made our reservation.
When I pointed this out, she became very upset.
Also, the Wi-Fi does not work on the upper floors...
Additionally, the accommodation was not properly explained, and I’m not informed that the door was auto-locking. Because of this, I was locked out of our room at night.
If you want to take a warm shower and use Wi-Fi, you should not stay here.
