Nice and clean room. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant served good food. Its a nice hotel for a good price.
Сам по себе дом большой и красивый… был когда-то.
У нас был семейный номер на 3 этаже. Номер большой, но абсолютно запущенный. Чистым выглядело только постельное бельё. Полы, мебель, сантехника не мылась месяцами. Было неприятно. Кондиционер не включался, ночью было душно, открыли окно, налетели комары, пришлось раскрыть пыльную антимоскитку. Всю ночь под окнами лаяли собаки и был слышен шум машин с дороги. В этом отеле у нас был самый скудный завтрак за всё пребывание на Шри-Ланке. Яйца, тост с маслом и джемом и чай.

The accommodation is very close to the man in street so there is a bit of noise from traffic.

We stayed during rainy season and were washed out on our walk. Coming back we would have enjoyed a hot shower, but it wasn’t working. Seeing from other reviews the hot shower has been broken for months and hasn’t been fixed.
The cold shower that was working left the whole floor in a pool. Not a problem if there was a floor wiper available, but there wasn’t.
Everything thing was perfect the host was too good..
The host and her family were super lovely. They always gave me good recommendations and advice. They also serve breakfast, lunch and dinner and all was super good. Highly recommend staying with this nice family, I felt really comfortable. Thanks :)

There was a little ant problem because I had food in my bag (after throwing it away they left too).
Everything!! The kindest and most welcoming family I have met on my travels. They looked after me and made sure I felt safe and comfortable as a solo traveller. I miss them already! And Luna their dog

If there is no hot water, it should be clearly stated.
This hotel does not have hot water.
If there is no hot water, it should be properly explained. She said she mentioned that there was no hot water, but that information has not yet been reflected on the booking site.
If we cannot see that information, it is meaningless. There was no such notice on the booking page when we made our reservation.
When I pointed this out, she became very upset.
Also, the Wi-Fi does not work on the upper floors...
Additionally, the accommodation was not properly explained, and I’m not informed that the door was auto-locking. Because of this, I was locked out of our room at night.
If you want to take a warm shower and use Wi-Fi, you should not stay here.
The family is very kind and helpful and the food is really good. I planned 2 nights and stood 4 and ate there every morning and evening :) The Hotel is near to the Bus Station.
Close to the beach and city centre. Clean and comfortable.
