Cons:

Rooms and toilets were extremely dirty and hadn't been cleaned for ages. There was hairs, dust, insect excreta everywhere on the floor. The floor corners had been deeply stained. The cupboard was filled with used bedsheets and pillows - stained and stinky.
The toilets were another disaster, with musty odour and stains.

Despite informing the hotel staff, none of them housekeeping turned out to clean the room.

Good stay... could have been better if you factor in the price
Pros:

Very good location... walking distance from the temple, yet a little secluded and quiet. Very compliant manager and staff.

Cons:

Breakfast could have more choices. The management should look into fixings in the room ... the last time I stayed there the mini freeze was not working. This time around the toilet cover was broken and one of the drawers on TV self was falling down.

Pros:

Aarohi represents a good standard of hotel at a reasonable price. Everything matched my expectations. The room was large, the bed comfortable. The staff were helpful and the breakfast, although not complementary, was good. In terms of value for money, this place is great. I recommend.

They were trying to b speak & span in their overall approach. The staff were kind hearted, empathetic and ready to endure to the customers requirements
