The pool, the awesome people, the location, the gardens
A little bit of a long walk to our fave warung segari Lestari
The place is amazing, so relaxing and quiet. 10 mins away you have the sea.
It's a little paradise surrounded by nature.
For the price, best homestau in bali
Amazing looking garden with a nice pool, the room was also nice, nothing fancy but perfect for us, especially because we got upgraded from a standard double room to a suite because someone extended their stay.
Hard to find the staff but if you message them beforehand they’ll be there for you !
This is a really nice and quiet place. Can't beat it for this price. I had the standard room. Even has an outdoor kitchen. Wonderful and I am sure that I will stay there again. Not far from Lek waterfall. The people running the place are great.
Lovely place, my bungalow was clean and I had no issues whatsoever. There's pool on site. Restaurant, grocery store and gym are nearby as well. Good value for money
This was exceptional for the cost providing a nice stopover between Amed and Lovina. The area was very quiet with very few tourists. There are a few warungs within 10 minute walk. Rivan gave me a lift inyo the town centre and we booked him to drive us to Lovina. Thank you.
Staff is very nice and this place is super cute!
The room looked nice in the photos. Not much in reality.
Oh where shall I start...we arrived 1 day before Neypi holiday. No one told us about it or welcomed us in the entrance.
Eventually we found a worker who helped us in.
Rats are constantly walking between the roof and the inner layer, we kept waking up from them at nights. Roosters don't help as well. Everything is a bit old and moldy, outside toilet had better days.
We went to a random store around and apparently, the seller was also the owner of our guesthouse. He was smoking inside of the store in front of us, took him 10 minutes to calculate the 7 items we wanted to buy. The owner came in the evening to tell us that there would be no electricity, no wifi, no lights and we can't go out of the cabin the whole Nyipe day. He was laughing at our faces when we were shocked by it (and we live in Bali, usually they don't cut the wifi for guests) Would have been nice to know that in advance when we booked....We couldn't work, or communicate to tell the world about it. There was no groceries stores around so we ate plain pasta the whole day. Disaster.
At night after Nyepi the neighbors held a party with SUPER loud music, when at midnight I approached and kindly asked to lower the volume the threw a chair on me(!!!) and I ran back shocked.
Don't go there.
Owner jay was incredibly friendly. Made our stay super relaxing and sorted any tours that we may need
Really nice homestay. Very friendly staff. The outdoor bathroom was really nice with a lovely bath and shower. The room was very quaint and nice with 2 double beds. Also got room service as well which was a bonus! Really positive stay. We were climbing mount batur the next day and the host organised our transport and guide as well which was so great. Hats off to him!
The couple who helped us were both gracious, friendly and helpful.
The little villas were all private and surrounded by gorgeous shrubs, flowers and trees.
The pool was beautiful with a big Balinese water feature.
Booking.com advertised this place as having a private beach . Not true. This place was llocated off a very busy main road.
Booking.com stressed that the cafe would be open during our stay. It was not.
The main drawback to our enjoyment was the uncleanliness of the kitchen and furniture. We couldn't sit down on the grimy and stained chairs ,cushions and sofa and couldn't use the filthy kitchen.
In the bedrooms the mosquito nets didn't meet and had huge gaps at the top.
It's a beautiful.place but I would heartily recommend the owners to clean thoroughly every day. I realise all the above may have to do with the low
season.
Easy to find and located in a quiet little village. Entering the room, we had this special Wow-effect - spacious, nicely furnished, clean and well maintained. The half open air bathroom with shower and bathhub under green leaves is breath taking nice.
The whole areal is like a spacious green park, you do not notice other guests. There is also a clean pool and benches to relax.
We got coconuts offered free of charge. A water dispenser is available. On request, I could enjoy professional massages for IDR 150k per hour. Also the owners are very friendly, supprttive and showing a great hospitality.
We really enjoyed the time here.
The breakfast was a bit spartanious for IDR 30k.
I liked all in this hotel. It was very comfortable to live there!!!!!
The room was quite nice and the staff were friendly.
Unfortunately, they advertise facilities they do not have.
For example, they do not have an on site restaurant. Except for a couple of Warungs, the closest restaurant for lunch/dinner is 15 minutes away, walking distance.
Neither is there an on site spa, a wellness nor fitness centre - let alone a private beach.
The shower in my bath had one tap only, which was for cold water only
Rivan was our saviour and best friend during our stay! He was so lovely and helpful, acting as our own personal Gojek taking us on the back of his bike to the local Alfamart & warungs, plus he drove us to Mount Batur and waited for us while we did the sunrise hike. All the staff were so lovely and helpful, including the lovely girl who worked in the Warung connected to the property serving decent & simple western & Indonesian food. Jay was lovely too and he organised our boat trip to Lombok and personally drove us to Padangbai.
It was a very peaceful stay, although we were by a main road it was very quiet in a small village a bit off the beaten track. The pool & gardens were beautiful too! As was the room and we even had a little kitchen which was a real treat. Bathroom was really nice, shower was both hot and cold and room felt clean.
Good value for money.
The WiFi basically didn’t work at all in the room but was fine at reception. Be warned that Tejakula is hard to get around if you don’t have your own transport/bikes (you can rent them from the property though) as there isn’t grab or Gojek available but again Rivan was very responsive to our messages and drove us to places when we needed. There’s also not much to do in Tejakula either.
