Cons:

I didn’t received my room, there was no reservation on my name… I arrived late, and there is no lobby or any option to contact with someone who is responsible of the reservations I had to search at 23:30 where to stay!!

Staff is awful, room very comfortable and clean

Very clean room.

Cons:

The staff treatment was very bad, we had to wait 2 hours for check in, after all no close apartments as we asked by e-mail, the employer said that good for us we had a room at all..
we told them we’ve an exam so we want to leave our luggage the answer was “NO” with no excuse in a very disrespectful way that this is “not our problem”, so we told her that then the check out will be earlier before we go to our exam .. next day when we went to check out , she started to scream saying that check out starts after 2 hours.. I tried to explain to her that I must go for my exam but she did not want to listen … this was stressful and a very bad experience.

Brand new and super clean apartment, very friendly staff. The only downside is the 20 minute bus ride to get to the city center.
