Appearance, cleanliness and very helpful staff.

Cons:

AC was not cooling much - not a big issue as we could manage with the fan along with the AC.

Pros:

Hôtel bien situé, entouré de tout commerces. Avec un vaste parking en sous sous-sol ce qui est rare.
Notre chambre est moderne et très vaste , un grand lit 2 personnes et un lit une personne, des chevets avec éclairage de nuit et prises, Clim plus ventilateur en plafonnier, Tv, placard de rangement, frigo avec tablette, bouilloire et nécessaire à thé et café.
Vaste cabinet de toilette avec douche , lavabo et wc. Savon, gels douche , brosses à dents, dentifrice, bonnet de douche.
La pression de l’eau est forte et l’eau est très chaude.
(Le deuxième soir,problème d’eau il n’y a plus d’eau chaude ! a 23 h je téléphone a l’accueil qui m’envoie quelqu’un qui résout le problème en 1/4 d’heure :c’est exceptionnel, souvent il faut attendre la matinée suivante. )
Le breakfast est en buffet et typique de la région, dans une très grande salle lumineuse , il y a quand même des oeufs durs le premier jour, en omelette le deuxième..etc)
Jus de fruit , à volonté, changeant de fruit chaque jour.
Le thé au lait en pichet chaud,pour le café il faut demander il est servi à la tasse à la place.
C’est aussi la salle de restaurant où on peut y manger en pension ( buffet) ou à carte à des prix abordables le soir jusqu’à 22h.
Les espaces de circulation sont très larges,d’une très grande propreté. Ascenseur moderne, silencieux est assez vaste pour 4 personnes, les valises sont montées dans les chambres par ailleurs.
Le personnel de l’accueil est formidable de compétence et d’amabilité. Toujours le sourire.
Je ne peux que recommander cet hôtel qui mérite ses 4 étoiles tant pas sa conception que par la compétence de son personnel.

Notre expérience : retardés par le trajet nous sommes arrivés à 21h30 le personnel de restauration nous attendait avec patience.
Particularité de l’eau chaude :
Quand on veut s’en servir en horaires décalés ( tôt le matin ou très tard le soir)
Il faut la faire couler très longtemps à ouverture maximum pour qu’elle devienne chaude , j’ai fini par

Pros:

Mi è piaciuto tutto, ma proprio tutto tutto. Rapporto qualità prezzo insuperabile. Camera moderna e pulitissima, posizionato in pieno centro, staff gentilissimo. Anche la pressione dell’acqua era straordinaria. Sicuramente il miglior albergo in cui abbiamo soggiornato in questo viaggio.
Ps ci hanno fatto un upgrade senza comunicarcelo, l’ho scoperto perché non mi spiegavo una stanza così grande…
