Chỗ nghĩ quá tệ so với hình ảnh phía trước. Phòng cách âm cực kỳ tệ, khách đặt phòng và khi ở thì được nhân viên phát cho đồ bịt tai là hiểu cách âm tệ cỡ nào. Cửa sổ thì có cái đóng được, có cái ko. Rèm che cũng ko có, trong phòng mà thấy bóng người cứ đi qua đi lại, cực kỳ khó chịu. Nhân viên thì ko hề linh hoạt, đặt trên app thì giá khác, nhưng khi có nhu cầu đặt thêm tại chỗ thì lại đưa 1 giá khác. Quá tệ và ko đáng để ở lần 2

Cons:

Nhân viên lễ tân cực kì thiếu chuyên nghiệp, nói chuyện với khách rất thái độ. Tôi đặt 2 đêm với giá thanh toán trên app là 610.000đ nhưng nhân viên thu 650.000đ. Và ko 1 lời giải thích, khi tôi thắc mắc và hỏi nhân viên thì nhân viên tỏ thái độ và ko 1 chút gì gọi là hợp tác. Tôi sẽ ko bao giờ quay lại ks này 1 lần nào nữa.

Có lẽ là do hạng phòng tôi đặt Standard cho nên dịch vụ đi kèm cũng có đôi chút “tiền nào của nấy” chất lượng Wifi không tốt cho lắm, ánh sáng phòng thì đối với riêng tôi cảm giác hơi tối, ổ điện thì rất hạn chế, TV chỉ là truyền hình Cab, nhưng đó là những ý kiến của cá nhân tôi thôi
