Tôi đã đặt nhưng bán phòng của tôi cho người khác, kêu gọi điện nhưng không hề có 1 cuộc gọi nào. đến giờ vô check in còn phải xách đồ đi kiếm chỗ khác trong khi hôm đó thứ 7 rất khó kiếm chỗ ở

Điều hòa yếu, tiện nghi trong ks rất ít, cần nước sôi pha sữa cho em bé phải đi xin hàng xóm, ks ko có bình siêu tốc

Cơ sở vật chất cũ, nhà vệ sinh hỏng nhiều, nước rửa tay hết hạn 1 năm chưa thay

Giá cả bình dân, có thang máy, đậu xe oto ở vỉa hè. Phòng rộng rãi tuy nhiên hơi ẩm mốc, và cái khó chịu nhất là máy lạnh rất cũ và yếu nên phòng nóng, ngột ngạt. Đề nghị ông chủ nên thay mới máy lạnh cũ hư hỏng.
