First class
Pros:

I liked everything about the place. From the staff, cleanliness and location to the atmosphere and charm of the place.

Cons:

Actually what I didn't like turned out to be a blessing. The pool was out of action but I was allowed to use the rooftop pool of the sister hotel just 600m away. I was even offered a free breakfast as well.

Es war extrem dreckig und die Bettwäsche von Vorgänger wurde nicht gewechselt. Das war äußerst unangenehm.

A little disappointing
Pros:

The location is good, opposite a lake and within easy walking distance of the beach and restaurants. The property is set in a nicely decorated and shady courtyard.

Cons:

We chose this property after reading excellent reviews about the owner, Mrs Lan, and her staff. Unfortunately we did not meet Mrs Lan during our stay and we didn't receive the warm welcome that we were expecting.from the staff. In fact one female member of staff did not even make eye contact with us during our 3 night stay.
We were prepared for our wooden cabin to be a little basic but it did not appear to have been very well cleaned on our arrival. This was rectified once we asked for the room to be cleaned the following day.
The pool looks very inviting but the paint on the bottom is flaking quite badly.
During several visits to Vietnam we have stayed in a wide range of accommodation and always try to see the positives wherever we go, but for the price we paid we have had a far better standard and welcome elsewhere.

Pros:
