Pros:

За втори път посещаваме Ханче Яковци и отново останахме много доволни от престоя си.Стаята беше чиста,храната вкусна,а персонала беше усмихнат и отзивчив.Единственота ни забележка е ,че стаята беше малко по-студена,но когато помолихме за допълнителна печка веднага се отзоваха и ни дадоха такава.Благодарим за любезното отношение,задължително ще се върнем отново!

Mauvais service, propreté douteuse, paiement par carte difficile. Le petit-déjeuner “inclus” ne l’est pas vraiment, puisqu’il faut encore payer son café le matin et qu’il n’y a aucun choix.

Pros:

Много приятно място, наистина удобно. В околност това е единствения вариант, където може да хапнете, ако не ви се слиза до Елена. Има магазинче с първа нужда неща, басейна е достатъчен, храната е вкусна, а персоналът е много отзивчив и мил.

Cons:

Леглото скърцаше при всяко движение и спряха водата за два дена. Това предполагам не идва от тях, но пък хората включиха помпата и осигуриха вода на общите тоалетни и единия душ, което беше голям плюс в тази ситуация.

Добре, спокойно за почивка релакс на балкана, персонала беше гостоприемен.Може подобрения.
Cons:

1. В банята не се оттичаше добре, поне перде и за баня да имаше
2. и в тоалетната водата беше все едно половин/половин казанче, без сила/налягане или каквото да се казва като се пуска водата. Съвсем малко пуска.
3. Басейна и джакузито се надявам водата да се сменя по-често. Има мушички.

4. Моля проверете си Олиото/оцета на масите до Басейна. Ще разберете защо...
