Най-важното за мен е винаги отношението, което получавам като клиент! Бяхме приети радушно, като приятели! Въпреки това, към нас се отасяха специално и с нужното внимание! Подчертавам, че собственици и персонал използваха изключително учтив тон! Безкрайно учтиви и любезни! Всичко беше перфектно - чистота, уют, отношение! Кухнята беше перфектна! Качествена и вкусна храна! Не сме за първи път тук, но отново ще посетим ханче Яковци! Горещо препоръчвам!

Миризмата в тоалетната беше 🫪🤮
След оплакване ни преместиха в 2 пъти по малка стая от заявената ни ,но това с размера не е проблема . Мръсотията в стаята - паяк и червей в тоалетната 😅
Изобщо не се отопляваше самата стая ,белите мечки се бяха настанили преди нас 😔😅😂

С Отношението си към гостите ме загубиха. Никога повече няма да отседна при вас. На рецепция ни посрещна намръщена и сър

На рецепция ни посрещна намръщена и сърдита служителка. Видимо без желание да ни обслужи. Невъзпитана, нелюбезна, некомпетентна и нахална рецепционистка. Потърсихме мениджър/управител, среща ни беше отказана, телефон за връзка не ни се предостави.
Банята не беше чиста. Нямаше топла вода. Резервация има, а бойлера изключен. Стаята не беше достатъчно чиста и топла. Мургави Дами без хигиенни навици в кухнята.
