Buen lugar para contemplar la naturaleza y descansar
Pros:

Me encantó la ubicación. Tuve un largo viaje para llegar a China, así que llegar a este lugar fue lo mejor para mí, pude descansar plenamente. La cama es muy cómoda, la comida también muy deliciosa.

Perfect and comfy one if you don’t mind a 10-minute ride to downtown
Pros:

Lovely hotel and rooms. Good value and still feels like a luxury boutique.

Cons:

(May 2026) there was a big construction site right across the hotel which made nature-watching-from-the-balcony not so zen.

Pros:

Les 2 personnes à l'accueil qui parlent un anglais parfait ( ce qui est rarissime en. Chine)
Elles organisent vos activités, réservent le spectacle, le chauffeur pour vous accompagner.
C'est digne d'une conciergerie 5 étoiles.
Le lit moelleux et le confort de la chambre

Cons:

Le café n'est pas bon.Meme l'expresso est vraiment mauvais. Il faut changer de marque.
Le petit déjeuner n'est pas très bon ni très copieux.

We were made very welcome by all the staff who were all very helpful
Pros:

It was outside Yangshuo but within walking distance so out of the hustle and bustle of the town. There is also a free shuttle bus to town and you can call for it to come and collect you

Cons:

There is a lot of building work around the village which didn’t disturb us but can be annoying to those who come for the scenery

Exceptional stay!
Pros:

We are a group of friends who stayed four nights here. We really felt at home in this cozy place. Rooms are good sizes, clean and beds are comfy. Most of all all staff are warm and friendly. We interacted more with Vivien who organised and took us out on sidecar countryside tour. She was always smiling and willing to assist in whatever help needed. We like the convenience of being able to book the shuttle van whenever we wish to go to Weststreet or back from there. Its only 5 mins drive away.

Special kudos to the in house chef who gave us yummy western meals. His pizza was the best we ever had!

Cons:

Perhaps putting a full length mirror in the room .

Yangshuo is a must visit place - do go up the local TV tower Mountain - the sites are breathtaking!
Pros:

It was a beautiful hotel, large walkin shower area, beautiful views, really nice room. It is as the pictures show.

Cons:

The location was a bit of a pain - they do have a shuttle service and they are happy to work around you. But after say 10:30pm if you are still out you will need to get a taxi back and that can be a pain if you don’t have WeChat/DiDi set up for payments and hailing cabs. A number of times we had to ask them to call a taxi for us as we struggled to sort it ourselves. Definitely read up on how to pay for stuff via WeChat or AliPay before venturing into China!

A wonderful stay!

The staff all speak English, very helpful and friendly - thank you to all the staff!

The rooms were clean and massive with a beautiful bath!

The hotel was not busy as it was shoulder season. They had a kind driver with a van or an e-bike to take me in and out of the West Lake whenever I needed a lift.

They can help you with any bookings and all reasonably priced, even your own private driver and car!
I could book a massage to come to the room, which was so good.

I noticed people don't drink coffee as much here, and the room comes with instant cofffee, the 3 in 1 kind, no good if you don't have milk or sugar!, but I discovered they made a delicious fresh brew at their rooftop cafe and a decent western style sandwiches which I ordered for my train ride back to Guangzhou. The view was lovely from the Cafe!

It takes about 15 to 20 minutes to walk into West Lake Centre, but it was a beautiful, relaxing, and awesome walk! Love Yangshuo ❤️

Cons:

At first, I was worried that I was too far from everything, but as it turned out with the hotel shuttle service, nothing was too far! It only takes you 5 to 10 minutes to and from the hotel to West Lake area (a buzzing night life) and much quieter and more peaceful at night.

Hotel precioso en un lugar maravilloso
Pros:

Habitaciones grandes y las camas muy cómodas. El restaurante en la planta alta es fantástico con una comida muy rica, el desayuno es a la carta ,también cenamos allí algún día y estaba todo buenísimo. El hotel queda a una media hora andando de Yangshuo,es un paseo muy agradable aunque el hotel dispone de Shuttle para acercarte. El personal es muy muy amable, una de las personas que viajábamos tuvo un problema y nos facilitaron todo para poder alargar nuestra estancia durante una noche mas, es posible comunicarse con ellos en ingles. Una excelente elección.

Veličina apartmana i udobni kreveti.

Cons:

Bilo je jako hladno kad smo ušli u sobu, trebalo je dugo da ju zagrijemo. Bili smo izvan sezone, sami u hotelu, hodnici i ostale hotelske prostorije su ostale hladne cijelo vrijeme.

Pros:

Nice hotel with super nice and helpful staff. It’s a bit outside of town but for us that was a good thing as Yangshuo can get a bit crowded. Still easy to walk into town. There’s a pool, a small fitness area, free rental bikes and more. Breakfast was tasty.

Cons:

We would not hesitate to stay there again but would make sure to book a room that’s not directly below the restaurant/breakfast area as the sounds from the furniture and other guests was quite loud in the mornings and evenings.
