Cons:

Old facilities.
I got a smokers room. It was actually yellow and smells like smoke. Very dirty.
When i asked for non-smoking room they said it was full booked. Then asked for money return and cancellation. Suddenly there was a non-smoking room available. Would not recommend at all!

Not worth for money, old, smoking hotel
Pros:

Located close to the station and minutes away from Yokosuka’s main eating/bar district

Cons:

There was no any mention that the room is smoking - I am not a smoker and can not stand that smell in the room. Despite there was no mention of the fact that the room was smoking, I specially made a request for non-smoking room in reservation comments. However, I was still given a smoking room. When I asked to change the room - and even pointed to my special request for non-smoking - I was told No. Not worth for money, old, smoking facility. Omelet for breakfast was nice thought.

The Shower was nice.
A/c was ok.

Cons:

Wall paper peeling off.
Stained walls.
Rice/bead filled pillow.
Uncomfortable creaky spring mattress.
