I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, my experience was below expectations. The front desk staff seemed to lack the necessary experience in welcoming and assisting guests. Their communication skills were quite poor, especially in terms of language proficiency and customer service etiquette.
One major issue I encountered was the lack of professionalism in handling guest information. Room details were written down manually, which does not reflect the standards of quality or professionalism one would expect from a hotel. This gave a very negative first impression and raised concerns about the efficiency and accuracy of their services.
Overall, I believe the hotel would greatly benefit from investing in staff training — both in communication and hospitality — and modernizing their systems to ensure a better guest experience.
