Tudo!!!! Falta de respeito total. Recebi e-mails informando que a recepção era no 6o-andar, só q ao chegar ao hotel, fazia mais de 72 horas q estavam sem luz, não havia ninguém no térreo para dar explicações e obviamente não iria subir com 2 malas ao 6o andar para q me dessem informações. Além disso também não tinham telefone disponível para q entrássemos em contato!!!!! Jamais reservem esse hotel pois não há nada pior do q chegar de longa viagem e não ter nem o quarto nem qualquer tipo de assistência!!!!!

Dont bother if you’re looking to go there

Cons:

The fact that we got left without electricity had to walk up to the sixth floor every single time because no elevators Work wasn’t even any way we could charge any of our devices and the hotel staff were rude and weird saying that we need to give them the room kit every time we leave the room

Pleasant stay
Pros:

The room and bathroom was clean and had the basic amenities. Staff were friendly and efficient. Good location, walking distance to Sagrada Familia.

Comodo per girare il centro a piedi
Pros:

Posizione ottima. Il garage è nell'edificio di fronte, anche se un po' macchinoso il fatto che ti danno il telecomando e quando vai via devi risalire in reception per restituirlo

Cons:

L'ascensore arriva al sesto piano, noi eravamo all'ottavo. La reception è al sesto piano, quindi quando entri nell'edificio non hai una sensazione subito accogliente.
Non sembra di stare in un hotel ma in un appartamento

Cons:

Mala relación calidad/precio. 180 euros/noche y las instalaciones muy antiguas, el baño olía mal y el piso de la ducha estaba oxidado, las camas eran incómodas, los dos últimos pisos no tenían ascensor...creo que lo que ofrecen no está en relación con el precio

No tiene camas matrimoniales. Le falta lugar de guardado y percheros para colgar abrigos y bolsos así como valet para apoyar el equipaje.

Perfect location, close to metro, shops, restaurants and amazing view to Sagrada Familia
Pros:

The hotel is 5 min walk to the nearest Metro station, there are lots of coffee shops, restaurants and supermarkets, the view from the balcony on 7th floor was awesome - we could see the top of Sagrada Familia, the St. Pau church and the new oval office building. The bathroom is very big, there is an additional cloak room with a wardrobe and extra bedding. There are 2 lifts in the building. The reception is open 24 hrs and the staff (different during the 24 hr window) were really nice, friendly and helpful. I highly recommend the room on 7th floor with balcony.

Cons:

A small fridge would have been very helpful since it was 30'C+ outside and whatever you buy from the store gets warm already on the way to the hotel. An additional mirror in the room or cloakroom would be nice, as there is only 1 in the bathroom, which makes the bathroom unusuable if the other person is getting ready, doing make up etc. Additional power sockets would be great (there are only 2 in the room) since most people now travel with more devices to charge (i.e. watch, headphones, tablets, portable coffee machines etc.)
