Sehr freundlicher Empfang, sehr saubere Zimmer, wenn auch in „die Jahre gekommen“, sehr gute Auswahl beim Frühstück. Ausgezeichneter Service beim Frühstück! Man spürt in jeder Hinsicht, dass dieses Hotel familiengeführt wird.

Pros:

Prima hotel!
Pros:

Mooi familiehotel op loopafstand van het hart van Beilstein. Je krijgt als hotelgast een gratis toegang tot de op de heuvel liggende Burg Metternich. Het is een klein stukje omhoog lopen maar goed te doen. De kamer is netjes en zeer ruim. Het bed is prima maar verder geen grote luxe. Aanrader voor een korte stop of langer als je de wijdere omgeving zoals Cochem wilt ontdekken.

Cons:

Op zowel de hotelwebsite als in de map in de kamer stond geen menu van het restaurant. We zijn daardoor beneden in het dorp terechtgekomen (bij restaurant Metternich dat ook bij de familie hoort) waar we prima hebben gegeten.

Super aardig personeel. Erg goed eten. Mooie grote kamer en badkamer met balkon. Midden in pittoreske stadje Beilstein. Kaartje voor de Burg.

Uns hat alles gefallen, die Chefin ist so hilfsbereit, alles ist blitzsauber und gemütlich. Vor allem waren alle Mitarbeiter super entspannt und aufmerksam, obwohl wir erst sehr spät im Hotel ankamen. Das Frühstück ist sooo vielfältig und frisch, da kommen manche Grandhotels nicht mit. Es gibt freien Eintritt zur besuchenswerten Burg vom Hotel . Von uns gibt es eine 1 plus!😊

Frühstück war sehr gut und lecker.

WLAN . Das Hotel hat aber alles für gute Funktion gemacht. Das ist ein Problem in der Gegend.
Das hat uns aber nicht gestört. Schließlich waren wir zur Erholung da.
