Pros:

A lovely hotel in the centre of Blackburn. Perfect location. Lovely gentleman on reception and he does the upmost to accommodate our needs. Always clean, shower fabulous. Would not hesitate to recommend this hotel

Great value, very clean.
Pros:

Excellent value! The room was basic but very clean and the shower was great. The area was really quiet and right next to King George’s Hall. The man on reception was polite and helpful, and even volunteered to carry my huge bag up lots of stairs. Huge TV and comfy bed. The room was a pleasant temperature, had a radiator we didn’t need and also a big fan.

Cons:

Slight drain-type smell in the bathroom (room 10) but not noticeable in the bedroom.

Very dissatisfied, I was disturbed twice with the phone ringing randomly
Pros:

The room had no bedside lamp and only main light. The phone randomly rang twice in the middle of the night waking me up, and this happened twice, not very good. Lots of stains on carpet that could do with removing. The blinds had holes in it, which wasnt ideal as light came through. No breakfast and no close place to go to on sunday, and hotel dont cater. They werent very accommodating, l asked if l can leave my bags a bit early, they refused to accomodate, which is very poor service, as all hotel accommodates leaving bags at the reception. The rooms have pad lock and i struggled with mine and l had to go all the way down to the receptionist to ask them to sort it. Extremely disappointed with the hotel, I would never recommend this hotel, l would never come here ever again, id rather play more and stay and Premiere Inn, l only chose this hotel as it was close to the wedding reception l was at, l would have preferred walking 15-20 minutes to a much nicer room in future.

Convenient and comfortable.
Pros:

Great location for central Blackburn, across the road from King Georges Hall. Very spacious room. Easy check-in. Car parking.

Cons:

Room was a bit stark. Really could do with a bedside and/or table lamp and shades on the ceiling light. Very large room could have fitted a comfortable chair in too.
