Lovely little hotel and great location!!!
Pros:

The rooms were clean and comfortable. They had fresh towels out for us alongside some toiletries too which was a lovely touch. The two managers couldn't have been anymore accommodating and friendly.

Cons:

The hotel advertised that they will offer free breakfast, included in the price I have paid. When I reached there, the staff told me that they do not offer breakfast. I was disappointed! They must review their page on Booking.com and correct this thing, if not it is misleading.

Perfect location in Blackpool
Pros:

The location was excellent! We had a private toilet and shower with shampoo included. The new owner is in a process of organising everything hence it is a transition period for this hotel. Our request for a lowest floor room was accommodated. Tv, kettle and tea was provided.

Cons:

The bed was too soft and it was too warm in the room, but we have only few warm days and we shouldn’t complain. The room was small, but ok for one night.

Pros:

Beds comfortable, brilliant location for the darts cheap and cheerful

Cons:

Some places visibly worn and needs of replacements (radiator,in bathroom, re grouting etc -however when that cheap we didnt go for it for luxury more convenient purposes. Would choose again for darts next year

Great choice for travelling to Blackpool with Dogs!
Pros:

Location was fantastic. Great for travelling with dogs. Our dog was welcomed with open arms. Room was clean and functional. Fan was provided which was great for the hot weather and the drinks cooler was useful for keeping water cold. En-suite bathroom was clean and shower was lovely and hot. Perfect base for tourists exploring Blackpool. Can't comment on breakfast as we chose to have breakfast elsewhere as we had family staying in other accommodation close by.

Cons:

Could do with a lick of paint and silicone replacing around the shower tray as it is a bit stained from wear and tear. No cleanliness issues just simple wear and tear. Nothing that would stop me from staying here again.

Excellent hosts and location.
Pros:

The hosts where very welcoming, shown us to our room, explained everything we needed, asked if we are happy with the room, asked was there anything they could help us with.. The beds was very comfy. Can't comment on breakfast as we chose not to have it as we had to be out very early in the morning.
Was smooth easy check out.
Fantastic location, across road from coral island, McDonald's on the next corner. Few minute walk to the tower..

Cons:

Unfortunately the room had a bit of a musty smell. But I wouldn't stop that from us staying again.
