Pros:

Lovely hotel and brilliant location
Pros:

The owners had recently taken over ,so they weren't doing breakfast yet . This was fine as there were plenty local cafes within easy reach . The room was lovely even though it was on the top floor and I had problems with walking ...my fault as i shoold have requested a low floor .We had a private bathroom as well as TV , ironing equp't , fridge and kettle with tea and coffee in the room .
Briiliant location as a few minutes walk from the prom and the Tower .

Would go to this hotel again if visiting Blackpool

Great Value for money and a good option for longer stays
Pros:

Brilliant hosts so so lovely and kind! 15min walk to the train station, pier around the corner plenty of take away options available

Cons:

I would like if they had a sign outside the door asking it to be cleaned or turned over (bins emptied fresh towels) besides that everything else was great!
