The location, very comfortable rooms and excellent company . Nice and quiet.

Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was lovely. Staff were friendly. Location was perfect for us as we were visiting the Winter Gardens so was just across the road.

Location was perfect for use because we was attending an event at the winter gardens. Room was clean and had everything we needed! I've avoided blackpool for 2 years because I always got dirty damp b&bs and this one has made me want to come back again, so thank you x
Shower head could do with a new 1 and a bit of new window trim replacement as it sounded like the window was open but it wasn't (draft proofing has worn that's all)
It’s location was very good close to the winter garden.
The breakfast had a good selection was freshly cooked and very tasty.
The hotel was nicely heated

Right opposite the winter Gardens which was ideal for us as we were attending a concert .
Nothing everything was fine and spotless n clean . Lovely breakfast . Full English was spot on . Good quality food . Bottled water in the room and all your toiletries.wood definitely stay again

The room and deco were excellent
We had a problem with a leaking roof which resulted in a very wet bed. The owner had left a contact number in case of a problem. This proved to be out of use. We have yet to have any sort of contact with the owner or an apology, The manager Jan was excellent.but we spent a night with a very wet bed. The owner of the property, which is excellent in every way; has not been in contact. They need to improve their customer care in a big way.
The location was very good. The room was clean and very well presented. The lady running the lodge was very friendly.
Replacing the biscuits would have been good.

The whole building was nicely decorated and very clean. There was a sanitisation station at the front door. The rooms had added extras such as bottles of water, little packs of biscuits, toiletries etc.

Fantastic little hotel spotlessly clean lovely room nice bathroom with shower. cannot comment on breakfast as we did not have any. Great location near train station and opposite Winter Gardens where we were attending a concert at the opera house. Highly recommend 👍
The location of Adelaide Lodge was the deciding factor for us. It is close to the Winter Gardens and many Bars and Restaurants, and there is a paid Car Park just opposite. Spotless room, friendly staff and excellent breakfast.
Maybe a slightly tired decoration, but clean and fine for one night.
