Location was great. The Mark and Sandra were excellent hosts. Breakfast was excellent every morning.
Hosts was very welcoming friendly and customer centred. On arrival we signed in and signed paperwork and was given a complimentary bottle of rose champagne. Breakfast was outstanding had a choice of cereals fruit yogurts there was plenty to choose from pot of tea or coffee on the side, full cooked breakfast was absolutely delicious you could customise your own breakfast and they was happy to do so. The bedroom we originally chose had a slight leak when the rainy weather before we arrived a few days after so we was offered another room which was bigger then the one we chose at no extra cost the bed was comfortable shower was nice and hot clean and tidy there was a mini fridge with water provided everything about our stay was more then we ever expected.

infrastructure of blackpool is still there to fulfill its potential as a holiday resort , but whoever is responsible seems to be missing the chance to exploit the oppurtunity, walking round there are overflowing rubbish bins on numerous roads and propertys,and too many empty propertys that need a revamp,giving the impression of a town in decline unfortunately in our opinion.
This place was very clean .The breakfast was nice .
It was further away from the train station for us ,as we like to be more ,but still theres trams which go to the train station which helped
Mark and Sandra were the perfect hosts. They were very knowledgeable of all events taking place during our stay and future events. We stayed in the music room, which was very comfortable. Breakfast was superb, every breakfast items you could imagine, were available.

I had booked a twin room, my husband didn't like it, they moved us to a double room
Hosts didn't make beds up and clean mugs, it did state in the booklet they didn't u unless you stayed for more than 2. We did stay for 3 nights. Also, only 1 slice of bacon, didn't ask for second as I didn't want to make a fuss
The room decor was so nice, everything was so clean and the bathroom was clean and pretty much new.
The layout of the hotel is very nice indeed with the private bar and separate dining room, all bright and clean with a lot of fun pictures and artefacts.
It’s just a great place to stay.
The location is perfect actually, just off the front promenade and close to where the main attractions are located. And private parking which is a must for me.
Breakfast is absolutely lovely, plenty of time to eat and a great selection of food and drinks to start the day perfectly.

Everything , you are welcomed like family, private off road parking, you walk inside and it is spotlessly clean, then you walk into the very comfortable bar area where the drinks are reasonably priced, then you are given a small tour shown were the breakfast is served in the morning, the breakfast was fantastic by the way, room was cozy with en-suite and all brewing facilities they even give you a small bottle of milk to go in your fridge on arrival.
I have been to Blackpool on several occasions over the years but this has to be my favourite so far. I would just like to thank Mark and Sandra for there hospitality and we will be back.

There was nothing i didn't like but if I was to nit pick it was a very warm weekend whilst we were here and a fan would have been nice.
