The room I had was a wonderful room for a self-catering holiday. It was bright and clean and spacious. Had all and more that I needed. It was well placed for easy access to transport, town and the promenade. It was a very enjoyable stay, well priced and I would stay again.
I didn't really get to see the staff as much as I would have liked, though they were contactable by phone and answered promptly.

It looks a little run down on the outside.
The room was tiny, the bed was smaller than double.
It felt like a box room had been halved to fit an en-suite bathroom.
It was only for one night thankfully but we didn’t feel rested.
My train was late arriving 9.30pm. And the host was very understanding.

The room was a bit dated and I was on the 3rd floor. So bit of a climb. Ok for me, but for someone who is not on the best of health it might be a problem.

Hotel was decent, quite neighbourhood and easy access to the centre.
Staff were brilliant, very welcoming and accommodating. We were able to choose the room which was a bonus.
Staff allowed us to check in early which was amazing as we had a 1 year old with us.
We were able to change baby and let her rest a little before going out.
Rooms are good size.
Ensuite bathroom very spacious and clean.
It would be nice to have bottle water in the room.
Probably the outside of the property looks tired ... inside is clean and fresh.
