Lovely, would recommend
Pros:

The rooms were lovely and clean, very spacious beautiful! The staff were very helpful, helped us get the bags in our rooms and made us feel very welcome! It was lovely

Pros:

A warm welcome and fast check in when we arrived and the host advised us where we could park our car in order to avoid expensive car parking fees. We booked a room for 2 adults. We had a really comfy double bed but that was the only comfort. No chairs to sit on. The room was small so moving around each other had to be planned! The room was clean other than some black mould in the shower base, it just lacked the finishing touches. To sum up the hotel was what we expected for the price, a one night stay while we visited Blackpool to watch the fireworks championships.

Enjoyable stay
Pros:

Basic small double, The room had everything I needed super comfortable bed, good shower, plenty of hot water, fan heater if I needed it when heating was off, friendly owner when arrived, I had no problem they don't serve breakfast this is made clear on booking if want you breakfast on site don't book here simply, great location, 3 mins walk to the beech, I was solo traveller but the is nice lounge at front with toys and stuff be fantastic for family's,

Good price, I will definitely come back

A lovely clean and quiet hotel
Pros:

Really enjoyed our stay at the property. Very clean and comfortable and in a quiet area. Staff we're really lovely, accommodating and extremely helpful. The family room had a good-sized TV, a double bed, a single bunk bed and a single futon, shower and bath, shower gel and shampoo, small fridge/freezer, kettle, cups, spoons, coffee, tea, sugar, and milk sachets. We will definitely return again soon. Thank you 😊

Can not wait to return.
Pros:

Great location near the northen train station. Walking distance to the beach, Tower, northen and central piers. South peir and pleasure beach more of a hike. But very manageable.

Neighbourhood is quiet and feels safe. It's by the LGBTQIA+ area which is a bonus.

I have stayed a few times before and normally get the suit with the mini kitchen. But decided to take a standard double.

Bed was very comfortable sporting a Memory foam mattress. Private toilet and shower very much a step above the norm.

Room very clean and well looked after.

Tv good size and has hdmi in, I was able to connect my laptop.

Wifi good speed around 75Mbps down 20 Mbps up.

Building and room have a physical key.

Cons:

Not a lot to be honest. I feel the comunial lounge is under utilised, I guess family's would naturally use it more?

I ran out of coffee sachets, but I do use 2 at a time! I am sure if I had messaged I would of recieved more.

Could do with power outlet for electric toothbrushes and rasors in the bath room and a shelf for a wash bag and bits, but honestly I'm nit picking now.

Decent place
Pros:

Clean, honest, comfy, good location, nice staff

Cons:

Not a lot. It's not the Ritz so don't expect to be wowed but the price you pay is good value for a safe, clean, comfortable place to sleep.
