Property was in a great location
N/A
It didn’t had a duvet cover and that’s really important for us,also the pictures I seen before I booked looked pretty good but the room wasn’t like that
The location was fantastic close to everything we needed, check in was easy.
Room was basics, rust on radiators, bin in bathroom rusty, rooms could do with a paint, matteress uncomfortable (we felt they were either very cheap or worn), in fact our matteress was on a slope on the double bed, must have been an issue with the bed base, light in the bedroom flickered, gap at the bottom of the main bedroom door which meant it was very noisy, guest who where I think next door to us came back around 11.15 very noisy, even after they were in there room this continued for quite some time making it difficult to sleep, the two rooms were no where near each other other, my sister and her family were right at the top and they had less of an slightly less of an issue with noise. It did state there was parking but it’s very limited, we didn’t manage to get our car in but my sister did, gates to the car park were locked fairly early meaning you couldn’t get your car out if you wanted to. Also thought we might of seen the host at some point during our stay but we didn’t!
Easy access and close to the front and the beach staff very friendly and accommodated a late check in
Nothing can’t complain for the price beds and room were clean
Ok
Ok
Good location, friendly staff, clean rooms only went for the night so we could check out the illuminations but would definitely use the hotel again in the future
Absolutely shocking!
Absolutely shocking!! The room was full of mould and damp! We had to leave after 10 minutes because I couldn’t breathe and we had to stay somewhere else for £65 as it was last minute! The bedding was full of hair and stains, the people who worked there didn’t care
Located near to beach
Poor infrastructure
Nothing
The place was filthy, no heating, radiator was rusty and dirty,
Stunk of stale smoke
Door was not secure
Nothing
Everything, appearance's are everything, the outside needs a makeover, the windows are filthy, you then walk in to an absolutely awful smell and dust everywhere, on tables, on shelves the lot, definitely wouldn't recommend
The location of the property was close to the Blackpool front
There was no staff around the whole weekend we were there. The property unfortunately smelt really bad, the best I can describe it was wet dog, or dog urine. We also were in the room next to what we believe to be the owner because they were very loud both 2 nights we stayed from 9.30pm -12:30am effing and Jeffing about other residents, it was totally unprofessional and family had stayed at this place before and I have seen the staff and they have a ‘distinctive’ voice. They also were doing the same at 7:45am -9am both Saturday and Sunday morning which woke us up. So not only did they prevent us going to sleep they also woke us up and our children were absolutely shattered! It was terrible to hear all the stuff they were having to say about other residents and I believe one conversation was about us.
The bathroom bin was full with beer cans and used sanitary towels from previous guests. The window only had one handle and broken which was a nightmare with the storm Amy wind. The shower had mould all at the bottom of it which was all seeped into the silicone, we had half a roll of toilet paper for the whole weekend and as there was no staff around we had to go to the store to buy more ourselves. We stayed as our sister was dancing in the winter gardens competition and made the whole experience a struggle with being so tired frim the noise of staff!! Not even residents were heard just the owners. Really disappointing stay and for the money was absolutely not worth it, did not feel clean and safe for my children to stay in.
The bed was clean and fairly comfortable.
The room was very dishevelled. And it smelled like stale cigarettes, particularly in the bath room.
Staff was amazing the room was clean and smelt lovely
