Overall okay but easy to hear the sound of the next guest when they close & lock the door. Too noisy if u have a child maybe they can wake up. Please remaind the guest not to noise until midnight

Cons:

The basement parking is full from Friday to Sunday even though spaces are reserved for CoolMama hotel guests. Please Add clear signage in the basement to direct guests to the hotel lift. Also, the room and bathroom have high windows that compromise privacy and pose a safety concern.

review jujur .. agak mahal dengan fasiliti yg diberikan. kemasan agak hambar.. bilik agak sempit dengan katil queen dlm bilik yg tiada tingkap. kalau cerita privacy memang xde la.. orang berbual dlm bilik pun boleh dengar jelas dari luar. x masuk lagi penghuni tutup pintu kuat mcm nak runtuh.. overall boleh la kalau nak stay tapi better cari yg lebih privacy ..

Pros:

everything is ok but there is 1 problem with the parking lot. for people who rent a family room will get a parking card but for small rooms you will not get a parking card and have to find your own parking even though it is a busy place. you have to park in a paid place. for hotel parking there is no reservation at all. please fix it in the parking section. thank you
