Location, facilities and reception staff ( The trainee students on reception were exceptionally helpful )
I was offered a lovely room at the Sister resort Bali Palms, Due to the ongoing noise from beach project ( Trucks & Excavators) also blocking views.
Resort didn’t advertise the beach redevelopment project or offer any discounts.

And would go back again
Unsure about the walkway.
We like to swim in the ocean but couldnt.
Staff were good.
Currently there is construction work happening on the beach. They are using heavy machinerey and even the ground shakes.
I wasnt informed by the hotel or booking.com before my arrival.
Even at reception i had to read and find the sign myself.

Er vind momenteel een gigantisch bouwproject plaats. Dit zorgde voor enorm veel bouw herrie door meerdere grote graafmachines en het aanleveren van grote rotsblokken. En dat precies voor onze locatie.
De bungalow was redelijk van formaat maar de bedden waren kneiter hard.
Everything ..staff are absolutely wonderful. Accommodation is very comfortable. Massage on site was amazing. Best I’ve ever had. A great stay. Thank you

Building work on seashore
"One of the best beachfront hotels in Candidasa.
I stayed here with my two children during Nyepi day; the room was spacious, clean, and very well-equipped. The staff were friendly, and the location is right on the beach.
Indeed, during my stay, there was a road renovation project on the beachfront, but once this project is completed, this place will be even better."

My feedback for the hotel is that it might be a good idea to provide a WhatsApp number for your front office, because the phone numbers listed on Booking.com and Google could not be reached — although I eventually found out it was due to network issues.
Everything, very beautiful location amazing views and food and great staff. Staff were super friendly and very attentive. It was so good I returned for another 2 nights.
Grounds and pool, well maintained. I will return.
My only dislike would be the shower in both rooms I stayed in. Very tight squeeze. That would be all I could fault. Overall an amazing place to stay.

L'emplacement proche du centre et au calme. Face à la mer avec une belle terrasse, piscine.

Malheureusement, il n'y a plus de plage mais c'est une décision de la "ville" liée à l'érosion.
Petite déception pour le restaurant avec une surcuisson sur la majorité des plats. Aux pris exercés, je m'attendais à mieux.

Leider wird derzeit die neue Strandpromenade gebaut und es war manchmal sehr laut. Aber das ist ja nur vorübergehend.
