Location
I booked without breakfast
It was good
Nothing
- There were multiple cockroaches in the room
- $300 was STOLEN out of our locked safe
- sketchy area and multiple fights at night
Everything was perfect.
The room lacks a fridge for keeping stuffs
Nothing. MOST OF THE STAFF WERE RUDE, UNCARING, ARROGANT, UNHELPFUL. THE HOTEL HAD MOSQUITOES EVEN AFTER CHANGING ROOMS TWICE. I HAD BED BUGS AND THESE LITTLE COCKROACH'S ALL OVER. MADE THE HOTEL AWARE AND THERE RESPONSE WAS RUDE AND TERRIBLE. THE DUTY MANAGERS WERE TERRIBLE, HIGHLY UNTRAINED AND UNPROFESSIONAL. IT LOOKED LIKE A ONE MAN BUSINESS MAKING TERRIBLE DECISIONS. VERY LITTLE TV'S IN THE ROOMS, ALMOST SAME SIZE OR LESS OF A COMPUTER MONITOR WITH 3 OR SO USELESS CHANNELS. ONE OF THE MANAGERS USED HIS OWN KEYS TO OPEN MY FRIENDS ROOM WHILE MY FRIEND WAS STILL ASLEEP IN HIS BOXERS, BECAUSE IT WAS 15MINS PAST CHECK OUT TIME. KEEP IN MIND MY FRIEND HAD BEEN IN THE HOTEL FOR 5 DAYS, AND HAD ESTABLISHED A PATTERN WITH THE HOTEL AND WAS PAYING DAILY... THE MANAGER WALKED IN WITH 3 OTHERS AND STILL STOOD THERE EVEN WHEN HE SAW THE GUEST (MY FRIEND) HAD WOKEN UP AND WAS ASKING HIM TO LEAVE. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE STAFF THAT SHOULDNT BE ANYWHERE NEAR THE HOSPITALITY BUSINESS, AND SHOULD BE WORKING AT A ROADSIDE RUN DOWN SHOP OR MOTOR PARK. YES, THEY WERE THAT TERRIBLE. THE ROOMS HAD CANDLE WAX STILL ON THE TABLE, MOSQUITOES AND BUGS ALL OVER... TERRIBLE. LOCATION TOO LOOKED SLUMPY... HONESTLY THE PICTURES YOU SEE ON THE BOOKING SITE DOES NOT DEPICT OR REFLECT THE REAL STATE OF AFFAIRS IN THE LOCATION AND THE ROOMS. I CHECKED OUT AND WENT TO THE HYATT REGENCY.
