Room was clean many things were good like the bed and pillows. Safe did not work and was not bolted to the cabinet (very un acceptable) The staff was very attentive and friendly and went out of their way to help
The Gym had lots of Old equipment, No Water, and Hot and Humid like workout in the Jungle (awful)

I was surprised to receive a message from the property advising that my non-refundable reservation would be cancelled because of a three-night minimum stay requirement that was not disclosed prior to booking.

The food was that bad l would not feed to animals, there where cockroaches on servers
Everything, my shower overflowed the toilet was broken and in the 7 days stay they refused to send anyone to fix
The location was perfect for parade viewing and almost all staff were friendly.
Breakfast was served cold would have been hot breakfast. A staff served me soup and watched her grabbed the bowl with her finger inside the bowl and proceeded to scoop broth and put it in what is now dirty bowl. Did I eat it, no. The bathroom would not stop filling after flushing only been there less than 12 hours. The safe did not work. Called the front desk and the person did not arrive for almost 2 hours and yes, I did call again. Then when the person arrived, the battery was dead and that he had to come back for another 1. Needless to say I wasted pretty good chunk of my time that day. I booked a parade room for viewing purposes, however, the window was dirty. The back of tv control was missing and it was dirty. The comforter had a big stain on it.
Location was okay
The hotel itself, the shower will flood every time we used it. The towel rail in the shower fell off and injured my visiting friend. Lighting was quite dark. Outdoor swimming pool was closed until end of this year and was never mentioned at all during booking. Although the indoor pool was open but it was dirty and claustrophobic that nobody ever used it.The whole place was honestly out of shape and needs refurbishing.

MANAGEMENT POOR PLANNING AND SCRIMPING TOO MUCH AFFECTING MAINTENANCE AND FOOD SERVICE. MAINTENANCE:
1. Hot water. Tepid or no hot water at all! Our friend had to call several times to get the situation resolved. Solution: maintenance brought them a pail of hot water to use for bathing for two people!
2. Our room had continuous flushing thus making it not possible to use more than once. After calling three times in 1.5 hours, the crew finally came and taught us how to fix the situation.
Our hair dryer worked on medium for less than a minute. Answer: for fire safety.
3. DINING: with the hotel at almost full capacity, they ran out of basics such as coffee, fruits, and chocolate drink, which is a staple especially in Cebu City-one of the biggest producers of cacao in the Philippines!
4. Elevators: only 2 functioning for floors Basement 1- floor 19, and 2 also from floor 20-37. The people were cramped like sardines in the hallway between the elevators on floor 19. And the people packed themselves inside the elevator. A fire and accident hazard.
5. STAFF LOW MORALE - because of the volume of guests, staff was overworked! They relied on what is called OJT (on the job trainees with no pay, no allowance even for a meal) to handle the work. When I talked to a regular maintenance and food and beverage staff, they said that they are understaffed, overworked, and no budget to upgrade/fix maintenance issues.
I had room service. Asked for empty dishes to be picked up twice. Told that they were very busy and could not do it. So I said, I will just leave it out on the hallway. Was told okay maam, we will just pick it up later. Was not picked up overnight and until we checked out the next day, it was still on the hallway floor.
