It's affordable, clean and convenient.
Pros:

Breakfast is not great but the hotel on its own stands up the best of the few that I've been staying.

Cons:

The breakfast Buffet wasn't available at the time.

Great place. Great location.
Pros:

The rooms were large and beds were comfortable. The gym had everything i needed but aircon was not on

Cons:

The lighting in the room was way too dark. The breakfast was not such a wide range to select from. I stuck to scrambled eggs and rice which was still nice. Both days they only have pineapple as fruit. 1 of the 2 days the pool was closed for maintenance which was sad

Overall ok, but could have easily been better.
Pros:

Location was good and the rooms were nice and big.

Cons:

Check in was delayed by 45 min, and when we ask for a knife to cut a mango the staff communication wasn’t good and they couldn’t help us. Seemed ridiculous.

My wife's recently stayed at this hotel in Cebu.
Upon arrival on 10 March 2026 at approximately 2:30 PM, she encountered extremely unprofessional and discourteous behaviour from the front desk staff. They were unhelpful, did not offer any assistance and failed to provide adequate information regarding our room and hotel facilities.
Most concerning was their conduct toward me personally. The staff repeatedly looked in my direction and giggled among themselves, which I found highly disrespectful, inappropriate, and entirely unacceptable. As a frequent traveller to Cebu, I have never experienced such treatment at any hotel.
This behaviour persisted throughout our stay and significantly detracted from our overall experience. It is deeply disappointing that individuals displaying such a lack of professionalism are representing your establishment.
Furthermore, I was dissatisfied to discover that the swimming pool—advertised as an available facility—was in fact under construction. This was not disclosed prior to our arrival and constitutes a clear misrepresentation.
Given this experience, I will not be returning to your hotel and will strongly discourage my family from staying there.
I expect that this matter will be taken seriously and addressed appropriately to ensure no future guests are subjected to similar treatment.

Definitely not a 4 star hotel.
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and professional.

Cons:

There was mold in the corners of the shower. The a/c didn't cool the room. There wasn’t a breakfast buffet. I had to order off the menu and several items I wanted weren't available including orange juice.

I recommend this hotel for location and staff.
Pros:

I recommend this hotel for convenience, clean and great staff. Staff was excellent. Breakfast was a la carte order from menu and good and all you can eat. Checked in at 0200 am after long flight from USA, first room had clogged shower drain and flooded the bathroom a little, but staff was prompt to move us to another room. The facility is clean and convenient to the airport and ferry port.

Cons:

Pool is closed, facility is dated and needs some basic repairs.

19th floor is very dark at night when you transfer to the elevator going to the hotel rooms. Kinda creepy.

Hotel is aged. Pool down. Was probablya 4 star hotel years ago.. Great value....but those changes aren't enough to maintain a hotel that size.
