Nothing I wanted a refund after seeing the room and my check in experience

Cons:

Not clean. Dead spiders on the floor, air con was crap and it took over an hour to get settled in our room after receiving the wrong room type twice and trying to resolve an issue with the hot water. Room not advertised as on the listing. No amenities until after we asked. No water for drinking in the room as advertised. Bedding was terrible. Towels were stained. Had to request a cover sheet for sleeping was ridiculous since only the mattress had a sheet. Had to request a remote to use for the television. Just overall a horrible stay and they take no pride in there product. Worst hotel I’ve stayed in the Phillipines.

Quite and relaxing.
Pros:

Very quite when I was there. Only guest there. Very calm and relaxing. They do functions there and get guests during the week pretty often. Mostly they cater weddings, anniversary and bdays. Very often booked out for those events.

Arrived checked the room walked out found another facility to stay at for our 12 days in Balamban
Pros:

Nothing......

Cons:

The room had a wet and musty smell, no bar fridge complained at the reception counter they said there was another room that had a bar fridge coming available in the morning at extra cost, the money I payed 31,000 php it should have been free, I declined there offer, we did not even stay one night..............
