Pros:

location is good, really central

Cons:

property has single glazing, the street noise quite clear, pls take ear plugs, otherwise no problem.

Pros:

The staff were helpful.
We booked 4 rooms but when we got there they were only aware of 3 rooms
They were able to make a 4th booking so everything was fine in the end mainly due to helpful staff

Cons:

No natural light in the rooms! Fake windows.
We booked 4 rooms but when we got there they were only aware of 3 rooms. There appears to be a problem between bookings.com and the hotel that needs to be fixed
