Great location and clean hotel room.
Pros:

They have the best comfy bed and room is neat and clean. The location is great just right in front of famous dumaguete boulevard that has restaurants and shops near by(walking distance).

Cons:

FD not so friendly.

Pros:

Breakfast was good and the staff wasfine

There was bugs in the room, it was noisy. Low water pressure. Also no elevator

Pros:

Sehr schöne und saubere Zimmer und das Hotel an sich sehr sauber und cool. Praktisch die Nähe zum Hafen und Stadt gelegen aber die Straße ist sehr laut und macht das schalten kaum möglich, da die Fenster nicht gut isoliert sind, hört man alles draußen. Wenn man geschafft hat einzuschlafen, geht am frühen Morgen die Baustelle neben an los. Sehr schade, da das Hotel an sich sehr gut ist.

Cons:

Ob die Fenster auf oder zu sind, spielt es keine Rolle, man hört ständig Krach, die Straße und den Baustelle.

Hotel was nice staff was great. Through no fault of their own the is a construction site right next door that is very loud and works until late at night.

No hand held shower head option. Fiddly shower valve. Poor quality travel bar soap in bathroom instead of liquid soap.

Pros:

Except for one interaction where a manager was trying to get me to change rooms for no obvious reason, the staff was excellent.

Cons:

The water temperature is very bad. Every shower i took was uncomfortably cold.

Dont have any positive comments

Cons:

Construction noise until 1am, the room i got there were dining tables just beside the door to the room, you could smell people smoking people talking, and also hear when they were cleaning plates in the kitchen, and to make the stay more special i had to kill 4 giant cockroaches in the bathroom in 1 night

Great one night stay before taking a boat

Very close to the port, air con worked very well, breaky was very nice, wifi worked well
