Not great
Pros:

Breakfast was good and the staff wasfine

Cons:

There was bugs in the room, it was noisy. Low water pressure. Also no elevator

Sehr schöne und saubere Zimmer und das Hotel an sich sehr sauber und cool. Praktisch die Nähe zum Hafen und Stadt gelegen aber die Straße ist sehr laut und macht das schalten kaum möglich, da die Fenster nicht gut isoliert sind, hört man alles draußen. Wenn man geschafft hat einzuschlafen, geht am frühen Morgen die Baustelle neben an los. Sehr schade, da das Hotel an sich sehr gut ist.

Cons:

Ob die Fenster auf oder zu sind, spielt es keine Rolle, man hört ständig Krach, die Straße und den Baustelle.

Hotel was nice staff was great. Through no fault of their own the is a construction site right next door that is very loud and works until late at night.

Pros:

Except for one interaction where a manager was trying to get me to change rooms for no obvious reason, the staff was excellent.

Cons:

The water temperature is very bad. Every shower i took was uncomfortably cold.

Dont have any positive comments

Cons:

Construction noise until 1am, the room i got there were dining tables just beside the door to the room, you could smell people smoking people talking, and also hear when they were cleaning plates in the kitchen, and to make the stay more special i had to kill 4 giant cockroaches in the bathroom in 1 night

Great one night stay before taking a boat

The staff was great and kind, including the security member standing outside (Peter I think it was his name).

Location is very goos as it is within walking distance from the port.

Cons:

Bed sheets and pillow cover were dirty. I asked to change them and they did immediately. The new sheet was also a bit dirty but of course making them change twice was not worth it.

Bath towl was also dirty and could only use one.

Gute Lage, aber zur Straße hin sehr laut
Pros:

Gute Lage, um fußläufig zum Rizal Boulevard zu kommen (dort sind Abends viele Stände mit leckerem Essen) oder generell zu Restaurants/Bars.

Cons:

Wir waren zwei Mal hier - vor und nach einer Wanderung - beim ersten Mal war das Zimmer deutlich teurer, aber zur Straße und Baustelle gelegen und die Klimaanlage selbst war auch unglaublich laut. Das zweite, günstigere Zimmer, war nach hinten gelegen und auch die Klimaanlage deutlich ruhiger, also am besten danach fragen. Warum es einen Preisunterschied von 20€/Nacht gab wenige Tage auseinander, obwohl kein Tag davon Wochenende war, verstehe ich nicht.
Auf Anfrage vorweg wurde uns gesagt wir könnten Gepäck für 2 Tage dort lassen, es gab aber kein Gepäckzimmer, die Sachen wurden einfach in einen Flur hinten im Restaurant gelegt. Zum Glück war bei unserer Rückkehr noch alles da.
