Sulit Budget Hotel is good value!
Pros:

It served my purpose which is a place to rest overnight only, arrived late, left early. It had all that I needed - a well functioning bathroom, towel, drinking water, a warm comfortable bed, AC

Cons:

The location is a bit tricky if you need to leave early because there are a few of no tricycles around to bring me to airport early morning.

Pros:

Sulit na sulit. Cheapest! But, comfort room is not at all enclosed, no walls on the upper portion up to the ceiling but vent is available. Room just fits up to 2 persons. Boulevard is walkable for approx 15-20min! Other restaurants are walkable for 20-30mins! Far from cathedral area. PARKING IS AVAILABLE!

Adventurous thrilling stay

Great value and very accessible from anywhere in Dumaguete.

Cons:

The parking is a bit of a nightmare. When we check out at dawn, a pickup is blocking our car. It could not get out. Staff didn't list the plate numbers of guests with cars, so we will find out which room they are in, given their plate numbers. So we had to knock on each one while they were sleeping! Luckily, we found the driver and had the vehicle move so we could get out. We have an early trip via RORO to Siquijor from Dumaguete that we should not miss or be late for.
