I booked for a colleague who has since left Germany so my comments are limited beyond relaying that he was pleasantly surprised at the standard and comfort of his stay. We'd certainly booking other employees into Eichenhof Hotel GbR. Thanks to all hotel staff for a job well done!
We were here because our wheelchair van broke down on our way to Austria. Were stock in this hotel for 5 days until our replacement van arrived from the Netherlands. Hotel is very clean, great wifi, big rooms. excellent breakfast. Because we didn't have a handicappend room the staff was very helpfull in supplying creative sollutions for my wife. Big store right in front of the hotel for snacks and everything you need. Hotel is very accessable for wheelchairs. Very nice boxspring beds.
Stayed several nights while visiting family in the area. Staff were nice. Comfortable bed and good WiFi. Breakfast buffet was outstanding. Store across the street for purchase of snacks, hygiene items, etc. Very quiet location.
The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. My wife's earring fell into the sink and the repair person came up very quickly on a Sunday morning to retrieve it. The hotel room was clean, functional and everything worked. Even though the hotel room was dated it was still in good condition. The breakfast was great and they had lots of choices and plenty of tea and coffee. Overall it was a pleasant stay if you are looking for a place for 1-3 days. I would go back again.

During business meeting the bar and restaurant were both closed due to 'National Vacation'. The facility was very nice though and the staff super friendly. The hotel is good walking distance from other venues.
The staff were friendly and the hotel was clean. The hotel is very tried, the rooms look like a 1960's, wood paneling , and a very dated bathroom. no shower gel supplied which is a pain when I got into the shower!! The breakfast was nice with plenty of choice.
This is not the worst hotel that I have ever stayed in but I would consider somewhere else in future
I had to stay here because the company I was visiting was walking distance from the Hotel. It has no facilities absolutely. All eating joints are a good 15 mins by walk, the room has no coffee, tea. The gym is disfuntional. Nothing to do during weekends. No air conditioning during summer. The rooms on top get really hot. The corridors in the Hotel feel haunted.
