Cons:

Pagué una habitación por booking, solicité ciertos extras como una refri y vistas al lago. Sostuve conversaciones por chat con uno de los encargados donde me aseguró la mejor habitación y que cumpliría con mis expectativas. Cuando llegué me pusieron en la habitación más lejos del lago, cerca del parque, no tenía refri ni nada de lo que yo había pedido. No me cambiaron porque estaba lleno y me dijeron que el precio que yo había pagado no era de una suite pero ellos nunca me dijeron nada. Me aseguraron que me darían la mejor habitación y nunca me dijeron que había que pagar extras lo cual yo hubiera hecho. Al final me fuí muy descontenta. No me quedé.

Uma experiência incrível em um paraíso

Atendimento , desde o primeiro contato fomos muito bem recebidos . Conforto e limpeza estavam impecáveis

Cons:

Muita paz , um paraíso . A comida estava maravilhosa em todas as refeições, inclusive fizeram pra viagem pra vista até Tikal e também no dia que retornamos pois saímos de madrugada

Descanso real en un Paraíso.
Pros:

Es un verdadero paraíso, solo me hospede una noche, pero con gusto me quedo una semana. Algo verdaderamente bonito. El lugar se presta para descanso real, con su piscina y sus estaciones dentro del lago Peten Itzá, es algo maravilloso. Espero algún día volver a Peten y Remate, quedaron muchas cosas por conocer y hacer. Me encanto el Norte de Guate.

Very enjoyable. Swimming relaxing and enjoying the excellent food at the hotel.
Pros:

Beautiful and right on the lake. Everything thing you needed was at the property.

Cons:

Not many transportation option to get around. Even to the small town 2km away was difficult to reach with renting a car…

We chose isolation but didn’t think it would be as difficult to get to places.

Carde sympathique avec pieds dans l'eau mais rénovation à prévoir et budget transport aussi ....

- Hôtel atypique dans le style des îles pour les bâtiments et annexes
-Chambre spacieuse et propre, ménage quotidien.
- Nourriture faite sur place et bonne .
- emplacement pieds dans l'eau

Cons:

-Annexes/paillote qui mériteraient un gros coup de rénovation...ponton glissant et dangereux, plateforme nautique pareil et ne parlons pas du plongeoir qui tient, on ne sait pas comment....
- Pas de salle de sport comme indiqué sur le site mais juste quelques poids mais sûrement une salle de remise en forme !
- hôtel dans un beau cadre avec du potentiel mais a l écart de tout et le moindre trajet a un prix élevé.
- rénovation à prévoir rapidement pour les extérieurs

Cons:

The rooms we stayed in are not in good shape, for the money we pay. Need serious maintenance, to deal with mold in one room we stayed, and in another - to fix the massive water leak. We had to shower outside on the balcony w kids. We were offered alternative room, thanks.

Pros:

Loved the Food !!! Amazing dinner and breakfast . Fantastic view from the restaurant and the pool was good . Loved all the docks on the lake . Lake was great to swim in .

Cons:

Our room ..really gross ..we paid more for a suite ( suite 2 ) and it had so many bugs because the screens were off . The bathroom was so dirty and old.
Stay in the newer smaller rooms if you go
.but beds were okay and had air-conditioning . The shower had hot water .
