Peaceful oasis and the right starting point for exploration
Pros:

Beautiful location, friendly staff! We enjoyed hanging out there after our daytime excursions and could have easily stayed longer!
Great areas to relax, swim, rent a kayak or paddle board.
They offer tours to the different Mayan sites, transport and other activities. We would happily come back!

Cons:

Some might mind the distance to the centre of the town, we liked to be in nature and had transport for all activities anyway. We would recommend to book one of the newer rooms.

Perfect location, fabulous staff and food. Sound insulation could be better.
Pros:

Gorgeous location overlooking the lake and with great layout for pool and docks to swim in the lake. Food and service was wonderful.

Cons:

The 9pm lights out was a bit weird and inflexible, and the noise insulation for the room we stayed in was bad.

Mooie plek!
Pros:

Lekker bed, schoon, lekker eten!
Prachtige plek aan het meer, rustig en heel lief personeel!!

Cons:

Wij hadden een luxe kamer met jacuzzi en bubbelbad, maar het is best wel verouderd allemaal!
Douchen in een bad is alles behalve fijn en alles werd zeiknat! De tegels hebben extreem grote voegen wat niet prettig loopt.
Ik heb de luchtverfrisser leeg gekieperd in de wc pot, ik werd er letterlijk misselijk van!

Prachtige ligging aan het water, vanuit mijn kamer wandelde ik zo naar buiten. Personeel is super vriendelijk en heet je echt welkom.

Prachtig, maar met een vervelende afloop.

De locatie en de kamer waren fantastisch.

Cons:

Tijdens ons verblijf heeft een gast buikgriep opgelopen. De dag erna heb ik zelf ook buikgriep opgelopen waar ik inmiddels al 3 dagen last van heb. De dag nadat ik buikgriep heb opgelopen heeft een andere gast ook builgriep opgelopen. Dat kan geen toeval zijn en voor de prijs die je betaalt is dit echt beschamend. In Nederland zou een dergelijke keuken allang zijn gesloten, doe hier iets aan!

Un très bel endroit au calme
Pros:

Un très bel établissement avec de belles chambres spacieuses et une vue magnifique. Des équipements différents et sympathiques (café/thé à disposition toute la journée, bouées, kayak…) la demie pension était également très bien. Le personnel est au petit soin et très souriant.

Cons:

Des rideaux plus épais dans les chambres seraient mieux.
Point d’attention: l’hôtel vit en autonomie et dans le calme (très bien en ce qui nous concerne) et l’entrée est fermée à 21h pour protéger la quiétude de l’endroit (je ne sais pas si vous pouvez revenir ensuite à voir avec l’hôtel)

Heerlijk ontspannen in deze oase.
Pros:

Hele rustgevende omgeving. Veel privé plekjes om te zwemmen bij een steiger. Schone kamers en badkamers. Heel goed eten.

Cons:

Onduidelijke communicatie bij de receptie over tours, de prijzen en of het een privé tour is. Duidelijk overzicht met prijzen en mogelijkheden ontbreekt en receptioniste denkt niet echt mee.
