Lovely setting, atmospehre, great food!

Cons:

The rooms we stayed in are not in good shape, for the money we pay. Need serious maintenance, to deal with mold in one room we stayed, and in another - to fix the massive water leak. We had to shower outside on the balcony w kids. We were offered alternative room, thanks.

Carde sympathique avec pieds dans l'eau mais rénovation à prévoir et budget transport aussi ....

- Hôtel atypique dans le style des îles pour les bâtiments et annexes
-Chambre spacieuse et propre, ménage quotidien.
- Nourriture faite sur place et bonne .
- emplacement pieds dans l'eau

Cons:

-Annexes/paillote qui mériteraient un gros coup de rénovation...ponton glissant et dangereux, plateforme nautique pareil et ne parlons pas du plongeoir qui tient, on ne sait pas comment....
- Pas de salle de sport comme indiqué sur le site mais juste quelques poids mais sûrement une salle de remise en forme !
- hôtel dans un beau cadre avec du potentiel mais a l écart de tout et le moindre trajet a un prix élevé.
- rénovation à prévoir rapidement pour les extérieurs

Pros:

Loved the Food !!! Amazing dinner and breakfast . Fantastic view from the restaurant and the pool was good . Loved all the docks on the lake . Lake was great to swim in .

Cons:

Our room ..really gross ..we paid more for a suite ( suite 2 ) and it had so many bugs because the screens were off . The bathroom was so dirty and old.
Stay in the newer smaller rooms if you go
.but beds were okay and had air-conditioning . The shower had hot water .

Rust en schoonheid, goed eten en schoon verblijf. Prachtig voor rustzoekers.
Pros:

Luxe verblijf, eten uitstekend en kamers ook. Schoon en prachtig aangelegd aan het meer. Niet op Flores, El Renate ligt best een stuk van Flores af. Personeel heel vriendelijk, alles is te regelen vanuit het hotel.

Cons:

Heel rustig, weinig contact met andere gasten/personeel. Naast hotel is er niets in de buurt.

Very nice stay to relax and swim in lake and visit Tikal and Yaxha!
Pros:

The location was simply perfect! The lake was beautiful for swimming. Very relaxing atmosphere. Nice design of the hotel; well kept and clean. Beds were comfortable, but the rooms a bit dark. Very quite despite busy Eastern season. Trip to Tikal was good! Massage as well!

Cons:

The breakfast was not that special, but all other food was delicious!

Fantastic Hotel – Highly Recommend
Pros:

Perfect location, delicious food beautifully served, and spotlessly clean, quiet rooms. We loved the water toys and all the relaxing spots around the property. The staff is incredibly friendly – they even packed breakfast for our early flight checkout. The massage was excellent too!
A truly wonderful stay.

Cons:

Just a small suggestion! a daily menu near the restaurant would be helpful for HB guests to know what’s being served and if we need substitutes ( especially helpful for families traveling with kids)

Felicitaciones especiales a Etni, por su buen servicio para reservar y gestionar todos los tours. El servicio de los meseros y meseras es súper bueno. Alfonso, el barman, nos dió un excelente servicio y atención; La comida incluida es deliciosa y las porciones de la carta están muy bien servidas. Sólo tomar en cuenta que las redes que dan al lago están inundadas y fuera de servicio, no como se ve en las fotos...

Cons:

El ruido que hicieron algunos vecinos de cuarto; son vacaciones, no pueden estar gritando a las 8:00 am!
Las tablas y gradas para ir de la entrada al lago a donde puedes nadar están muy resbalosas; es muy probable tener un accidente

L'hôtel est d'un très bon standing, le cadre est vraiment agréable et les chambres confortables, idéal pour se relaxer. Le menu inclus le soir était en outre très bon. N'hésitez pas !

A relaxing, nature-filled stay with outstanding staff and amazing food.
Pros:

The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, especially bringing ice regularly for my husband’s sore foot which we really appreciated. The setting in nature is beautiful and peaceful. We loved being able to use the kayaks, see and hear wildlife, pat the sweet Labrador and the food was honestly exceptional.

Cons:

Nothing of note - could have done with one extra set of pillows so that you get two per sleeper - but this is minor

Pros:

Es perfecto. La habitación que tuve fue maravillosa, la playa e instalaciones son bastante cómodas, el personal es muy atento y colaborador y la comida estuvo deliciosa. Me parece que el precio es acorde a la experiencia. No tuve dificultades para llegar

Établissement pas à la hauteur de son standing et de son niveau de prix.

Cons:

Personne pour prendre en charge à l'arrivée (30 marchés à descendre). La réceptionniste ne parlait pas anglais à l'arrivée et l'ensemble du personnel n'a aucune notion d'anglais. Inadmissible pour ce genre d'établissement et qui en plus se situe au bord d'une route. Aucune isolation au niveau des chambres.

Pros:

Beautiful spot on the lake. Connect with nature. The lake is very deep great for swimming.
The rooms are clean and very comfortable. It is quiet with no noise after 9:00.
The food was very good.

Cons:

The pool was not clean or operational the day I arrived. I did see someone cleaning it that morning and it was running again.
The water was high making docks and walkways very slippery.
Price is high.
