( A) l'hôtel , La chambre ( surclassée gratuitement) , le restaurant ,La piscine ,Le hammam , le spa .
(B) l'ensemble le l'équipe qui va du restaurant , au personnel de la chambre et à l' accueil .
+ direction qui à la fin du séjour est venue nous saluer et nous demander comment s'était passées nos vacances dans
leur hôtel et dans la région .

Pros:

We zijn al vaker in dit hotel geweest en het is er altijd fijn. Fijne kamers, goed restaurant en fijne welness.

Cons:

Klein puntje: voorheen kon je altijd wat te drinken bestellen bij de wellness, dat kon nu niet meer. Het barretje was ‘weg’ en de qr-codes op de tafeltjes gaven aan dat se service gesloten was.

Die extreme Freundlichkeit und Zuvorkommenheit vom ganzen Personal! Das tut so gut, so lieb empfangen zu werden.

Cons:

Das Einzige in meinen Augen, was ich nicht so toll fand, war die Klimaanlage im Zimmer. Nicht wirklich wirksam und sehr sehr laut.
