I stayed 2 nights but very bad reception needs some training

We only like the staff who work in the reception.

Cons:

We normally travel to different cities very often. Always book the rooms through Booking.com. this is our first experience getting a bad room to stay. The room is not maintained as it shows in the pictures, the bed was not comfortable. Towels are very old. No amenities in the rooms such as coffee , tea sets and wash room amenities etc..
The A/C was not properly working , very hard to contact reception. The TV remote was missing in the room.

Breakfast timing was 7:00-9:00 , unfortunately the breakfast was closed at 8:00 as per the staff when we went up there.

The overall experience was very poor. Never recommend this property to anyone.
