Cómoda y bien ubicada
Pros:

La ubicación del apartamento es perfecta, cerca de Taksim, desde donde parten varias líneas de metro. Además, hay muchas cafeterías chulas si caminas unos 5 minutos. La habitación en la que nos alojamos tenía unas vistas chulísimas al Bósforo, las camas eran cómodas y no había ningún tipo de ruido, perfecto para descansar.

Cons:

El servicio de limpieza deja mucho que desear. Cuando entramos a la habitación, todavía estaban en la ducha los botes de champú del anterior huésped. Debajo de los muebles, el suelo estaba muy sucio.

Otro aspecto a tener en cuenta es el número de personas que se alojan en el apartamento. La capacidad del nuestro era para 6 personas, pero en nuestro caso nos alojamos 4. El apartamento tiene dos habitaciones con camas dobles y dos sofás, pero el personal del alojamiento asumió que solo utilizaríamos las camas dobles y no preparó ningún sofá cama. Tras razonarlo en varias ocasiones con el personal de recepción, finalmente tuvimos que pagar 15€/noche por pedir sábanas y almohada para el sofá cama, algo que no nos gustó nada. Nosotros pensábamos que este servicio estaría incluido… A tener en cuenta si viajáis 4 personas y necesitaréis utilizar uno de los sofá camas.

I think for a family or friend group it’s very difficult to find this good value in whole Istanbul, honestly.
Pros:

Great location, lovely stuff, cool view, we all loved it,good value for the price!

Cons:

A little renovation and refurbishment could definitely help. The jacuzzi didn’t work as it should for example, but still you could have a Bosporus view from the warm water, but without bubbles :)

Don’t Stay Here

Cons:

It definitely is not the same property as shown in the photos. DO NOT stay here. The aircon didn’t work. It was mouldy, floor collapsing, bathroom in disrepair. One if the worst places I have stayed.

Schönen Aussicht in einem bis auf die Lage, nicht sehr zu empfehlendem Hotel.
Pros:

Das Hotel ist zentral in Taksim und daher gut gelegen, kommen Sie aber lieber nicht mit dem Auto. Die Aussicht aus den oberen Stockwerken ist perfekt, wer das also genießen möchte und nicht zu penibel ist, der kann das Hotel gerne buchen, ich denke aber, dass es bessere ähnliche Unterkünfte gibt.

Cons:

Die Zimmer brauchen definitiv eine gründliche Renovierung, nicht nur die Klimaanlage hat nicht funktioniert, sondern auch natürlich der Jacuzzi (wieso man den dann als "Möbelstück" im Zimmer lässt, ist mir ein Rätsel). Es wurde auch nicht versucht es zu erklären. Ich denke, es ist der Dauerzustand. Natürlich kann man für den Preis kein Edelhotel erwarten, aber dennoch würde ich es nicht wieder buchen. Wer seine Ansprüche runterschraubt, wird es aber aushalten können.
