Beautiful hotel with exceptional staff.
Pros:

Great location. Very close to all the attractions. Staff very helpful, friendly and reception staff gave good advice. Breakfast is a wide variety and very delicious. Rooms is spacious, clean and has everything you need.
Hotel has a balcony overlooking Sulthanamet square.

Cons:

Nothing not to like.

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel per 3 notti durante il mio viaggio Istanbul ed è stato perfetto! L’hotel è molto accogliente e il personale molto gentile e disponibile!. Il rapporto qualità prezzo è ottimo… la posizione è perfetta, si arriva facilmente a piedi in tutte le attrazioni principali. Inoltre ha un terrazzo con un vista panoramica fantastica, su cui potrete fare anche la colazione! Ve lo consiglio!

Cons:

Mi è piaciuto tutto, aggiungerei solo qualcosa in più di dolce la mattina!

Great hotel to stay for few days since is close to most of the attractions.
Pros:

Excellent location. Near public transportation and restaurants. Beautiful view from the terrace which breakfast is served. Everyone from the staff is very friendly and welcoming.

Cons:

Unfortunately my room was on the first floor so no view at all. Pillows are not so comfortable.

Great location and friendly staff.
Pros:

Staff were friendly and helpful with information about the area and advice. Rooftop breakfast room was great. Lovely views. Breakfast staff were lovely.

Purtroppo la mia esperienza in questo hotel non è stata positiva.

Avevo prenotato una camera Deluxe per 4 notti, ma al mio arrivo mi è stata assegnata una camera situata vicino al ristorante: molto rumorosa, piccola e con evidenti problemi di pulizia. In generale, le camere risultano datate, poco curate e non all’altezza delle aspettative.

Anche la colazione è stata piuttosto deludente, con una scelta limitata e poco varia.

L’episodio più spiacevole è avvenuto l’ultima notte: al nostro rientro ci è stata assegnata una camera molto più grande, confortevole e decisamente migliore rispetto a quella precedente. Tuttavia, dopo circa dieci minuti, siamo stati contattati dal personale che ci ha informati che c’era stato un errore e che quella non era la nostra camera, costringendoci a cambiare nuovamente.

Un vero peccato, perché il personale si è sempre mostrato gentile e disponibile e la posizione dell’hotel è ottima. Tuttavia, la scarsa pulizia, le condizioni delle camere e la gestione poco professionale del soggiorno hanno reso l’esperienza complessivamente deludente. Non tornerei.

Muy muy céntrico, pero no cumplió mis espectativas

La situación, en plano sultanhamed a 3 minutos andando de la parada del metro, en plena calle de restaurantes y a 5 min de las grandes mezquitas.

Cons:

Mi habitación 105, daba a un patio muy estrecho, sin luz donde había máquinas de aire acondicionado y la cocina de otro hotel, mucho ruido .
He tenido q ir la ultima noche al hospital por una indigestión alimentaria, les he pedido si podía abandonar la habitación en vez de a las 12.00 ( horario habitual) , a las 15.00 y me quisieron cobrar 50 euros.

Дякуємо за позитивні емоції під час відпустки!
Pros:

Чудове розташування готелю. Пам'ятки поряд, станція трамваю в 100м, але шум від транспорту не чути. Смачні сніданки- просто, але достатньо, щоб почати активний день. Окремої уваги заслуговує вид з тераси- це фішка готелю. Неймовірний краєвид і вдень і ввечері.
Окрема подяка персоналу готелю- привітні, завжди готові допомогти та відповісти на асі питання.
Номери невеликі, але чисті. Прибирання кожен день.
Готель можу сміливо рекомендувати.
