No hot water,
It was nice that we were allowed to check in early morning at 7AM after arriving by night bus (we were given a room that was available at that time and later changed into the room we actually booked).
The mattress was very comfortable.
Nice hot shower with good water pressure.
Our room was absolutely filthy; surfaces hadn’t been wiped in a decade, bed linen was stained and looked as though it hadn’t been changed after the previous guests left, and the bathroom was grim.
The toilet hadn’t been cleaned and reeked of urine and there were lots of urine stains on and under the toilet seat (which I tried to remove with wet wipes). Mirrors, the TV screen and the walls were smudged and streaked with dirt.
All of this came for a room rate that was steep and the room was definitely overpriced. Not worth your money!
The support staffs were good, overall. Rooms were spacious as expected. The location of the property was good! The lunch in the attached restaurant was very good.
They provided a handout of the places do visit in and around Junagadh.
The hotel's entrance was very narrow which won't allow two vehicles to pass. As there was a private function going on there by the time we reached, we faced some difficulty in getting in and having lunch in time. They should have arranged for more space/staff to take care of the guests who have booked much in advance!
One of the rooms was not exactly cleaned properly though we have informed them about our arrival early on that day.
All the hotels, including this one, should have precise information about the tourist places, especially their opening/closing time.
The washroom wasn't clean & the water was not getting drained at all. So washroom remained wet all the time. Even The washroom door was faulty.
Nice comfortable reception area. Rooms are very large with 1 double and 1 single beds. Smart TV installed but no instructions how to get channels.
HAVING LIGHTS KEPT ON IN THE CORRIDORS AND WITH BIG OVERHEAD WINDOWS SLEEPING WAS IMPOSSIBLE. HAD TO GET UP TWICE TO SWITCH OFF CORRIDOR LIGHTS WHICH KEPT BEING LEFT ON BY OTHER GUESTS
Breakfast is OK could be better.
Toilet. Water was dipping continuously from tap. Toiletries and was not supplied properly. Every time I asked for it. No shaving and tooth kit are supplied. Vatiety of foods are not available in Restaurant .
Cleanliness and service
One of room has seperate bed which is not suitable for family
Location was convenient for our needs.
1) If they appear on booking.com and take my credit card details, I expect them to debit the card rather than chase me for the deposit to be transferred to a bank account in India from the UK.
2) They didn't clean the rooms over the 3 days we were there despite displaying the appropriate sign.
3) The bidet tap leaked in both rooms, the shower head sprayed water in all directions, the tap in the sink sprayed water in several directions, the shower curtain was mouldy.
4) Fridge didn't work.
Excellent location and reasonable price
Lift was not working so it was cumbersome to go up and down
