Location is good. Other than that keep your expectations low. They arranged us a taxi. I think thats a good thing too
When we arrived at the hotel there was noone at the reception. Than adminstrator arrived 15 min later but she was speaking only russian. I havent seen anyone at the hotel speaking other than russian. Luckily we had someone with us who can speak russian and she helped us ask basic questions. There is no air conditioner in the room. For shower it was hard to set the temperature of water. And there was no shampoo. There was no hair towel and hotel slippers. The Doors were seethrough you need to keep to curtains always closed. And when we were leaving there was no one at reception too.

A friendly home atmosphere, location close to the sea, good food, hospitality of the staff who is ready to help with any issues. The territory is very well kept, a lot of flowers and places to relax.

The room was clean and comfortable with a fridge and kettle. The bed was comfortable too.
In the pictures, there is a nice view of the area, but the common areas are all on the ground floor/garden. So I never saw the view which was one of the main reasons for booking.
We stayed out of season in mid-November, which was a gorgeous time to explore the southern shore of Issyk-Kul. We had the local beach to ourselves (minus a few stray dogs) and particularly enjoyed visiting the nearby hot spring. Rooms were warm, clean and cozy. Delicious breakfasts, with plenty of tea always available. We were grateful to be able to cook for ourselves in the kitchen as all the local cafes were closed out of season. Highlights were the children's playground on site and the friendly cats.
was in triple bed but extra bed was a bit broken inside mattress. Need to repair. Other than this issue, good enough to stay with beautiful garden and view of mountains.
Great place to relax at the lake, you really feel good at Natalia hotel and, the food is good there!
