Pros:

Extremely helpful and kind hotel staff, we don't know Chinese and we didn't have WeChat etc., so without their help (ordering taxi, giving us directions to the spots we wanted to visit etc.) we would face many problems.
Also the King Size bed was EXTREMELY big and comfortable. Hotel provided us with free water every day and booked us a taxi to the airport for free. Location is also a plus. Recommending this place!

Pros:

Comfortable hotel at a great location. The owner was super nice, provided me with tips and recommendations for the city, helped with train pick up, and speaks great English. Other staff that doesn't speak English is still super helpful as they have a great attitude (and decent translation apps lol). The city was also surprisingly nice - if I would have known I'd have stayed another night!

The staff were very friendly and helpful, also I didn't meet the owner but he helped me out with everything I needed. I forgot my external battery and they connected me immediately. Next to the river side.I would recommend it.
