Will definitely be back.
Pros:

My room was large, clean and comfortable with ample windows and a small balcony. I enjoyed all the complementary drinks. The food was delicious in the hotel restaurant. Staff were polite and helpful. When I was leaving the hotel, I saw a staff member cleaning the metal outside railings individually. Wow! Talk about dedication to cleanliness. I am impressed. Thank you so much for 2 wonderful and relaxed days.

Pros:

This hotel is situated in a quiet area (3 minutes from Koshigoe Station on the Enoden Line). It has been beautifully designed and has a rooftop with a 360°panoramic view. Comfortable, peaceful and it has an excellent restaurant (hot/cold soba as well as other traditional Japanese food). Only a few stops from main temples. Staff are professional, helpful and friendly. Highly recommend.

Nice room and location, no view, no early check in.
Pros:

Nice comfortable rooms and good location near the local train. Nice view from roof but not from room.

Cons:

One thing that bothered me was that I arrived at 2pm, an hour before the Florida’s check-in, and they wanted to charge me an extra $50 for that hour even though the room was ready. I travelled all over the works but never experienced that. I mentioned to the clerk and they just nodded. It’s penny wise and dollar foolish in my opinion. I did not pay but was upset.
