SCAM..SCAM...Don't book it!
Pros:

it's a scam. The place does not exist. However, I suspect that this account made by someone who has a property nearby (double price) and wanted to trap visitors. I booked it, and arrived there under the rain in the evening. Very very sad, disappointed about this. Booking.com should reject/delete this accommodation.
