La posizione sull'isola, per chi ha il sonno leggero, da qui non si sente la preghiera delle 5 del mattino del muezzin, ma solo il rumore delle onde. Struttura moderna, letto king size comodo. Bagno con doccia grande.
Das einzige positive war die Lage direkt am Strand und die Ruhe. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und war sehr hilfsbereit.
Das Hotel ist eher mit einem alten Motel zu vergleichen obwohl erst 5 Jahre alt zum Teil wurde nicht alles fertiggestellt Fliesen usw. wenig Deko alles spartanisch gehalten kann dem Hotel keinen Stern geben ausser für die Lage.

Exceptionally friendly and guest-oriented staff. They helped a lot with many minor things during our stay. Local guide Saandu proposes very entertaining and price-worthy trips in the surroundings - sincere recommendation.
Comfortable and clean room. Direct access to the reef but quite far from the bikini beach.
The location was on the opposite side of the island beach, But near the sea so it was ok. And since the island is small, it was very walkable to the beach area.
Room lights had some issues, blinking and needed changing. The wifi was very spotty and sometimes unavailable in our room, which was in the ground floor, and even mobile data was bad inside the room, only got 3g.
We did not get any welcome drinks, though we saw other guests had received them.
Empty hotel no guests and seems to be recently refurbished.
Only good point if you want quiet stay.
We have booked the cheapest hotel available on the island for two nights and left with a bill that was close to private resort for a week!
In the last two weeks, we have travelled around maldives looking for adventure. We have been welcomed at the port and drove us on the buggy to the hotel, which is a 2-minute walk, which is a nice welcome. Until you get charged for it arm and a leg..
We have asked what types of activities they have available, but nothing was available at the time. Shortly after, they gave us an offer of ship wreck snorkelling at $110 for 1h. Evening fishing, which they did not say the price and stupidly we have agreed as its something we have enjoyed on previous island for a cost close to nothing.
When we made our booking, we only took breakfast choice only as we were cutting our trip on the budget and going to support the local restaurants/ cafes. Instead, they kept us inviting to eat ready served meals.
The night before departure, we received our invoice via WhatsApp. Which even included our pickup from the harbour as a taxi charge of $12. Dinner and lunch at $100 per night. Fishing trip $80 per hour in which we have never agreed on and kept us for 3h.
So the total sum was $667
They have expected us to pay this in cash form. They did not have an available card machine or any cash points on the island. We couldn't make bank transfers as we needed authorisation code sent from our banks via message in which we couldn't receive due to roaming on our UK number.
So, in the end, they have agreed to leave the invoice with us saying do not worry about this and pay this when you get back to the UK. As soon as we have jumped on the boat taxi back to the main island, there was already a debt collector waiting for us with a card machine in his hand and a picture of our passports on WhatsApp messenger...
It was the worst experience of any travel adventure we have experienced.
Manager was very rude to us, since we wanted a room with balcony (as booked) he said we booked ground floor. After that he lost his mind, being rude and unfriendly whole time of our staying.
The situation after check-in was bad. he treated us very bad. didnt help with anything. i do not recommend this hotel for people who dont know the area.
If there was a higher score we would give it. The best hotel in the Maldives and we have been to many hotels. Super comfortable beds, excellent Wi-Fi, everything is clean and new.
Thanks to the amazing staff, especially Ali and Moosa who took such good care of us every day, we extended our stay here for six days. We just couldn't leave. The hotel is located right on a perfect beach, outstanding snorkeling!
The food is super delicious, the locals are amazing, it is highly recommended to take a tour with the wonderful Hassan.
If you want to truly experience the Maldives, come here!
That we had to leave
Hotel is absolutely stunning and modern. The owner is a truly wonderful guy who showed us the house reef, took us to the Shipwreck and took pictures and videos, and tought us so much about the nature and wildlife of Maldives. The food and service was absolutely fenomenal, we felt like we are guests in a resort! The last day they prepared us an amazing dinner at the beach which we didn't expect at all. While diving at the house reef (which is tight next to the hotel) we managed to see a ton of turtles, sharks, some stingrays and every fish imaginable, even clownfish! If you are visiting Keyodhoo you this is the place to stay!
