Overrated but loveable
Pros:

Very good view and nice garden with good photo possibilities. The room is clean, but the bathroom is not.

Cons:

There is no shower cabin, so the tiny bathroom is always wet. The tile grout is black (from mold). The breakfast is continental, almost nothing choice and should finish until 9.00. The value is absolute overrated and the rooms are very expensive for this level.

overall the stay is good. especially the owner is super friendly and helpful.

after shower whole toilet will be wet even though there is a shower screen . location of basin inside the shower is also not ideal
